Parents used to be able to review camera footage when incidents happened. But since the video surfaced, the owner conveniently claims the footage is unavailable, saying, "Sometimes we have the footage, and sometimes we don't." Yet I've heard a completely different explanation from the director. The directors have always been honest with me, but the owner constantly changes the story and downplays what actually happens. My daughter's feet literally left the ground TWICE, both feet at once, from being pulled around by her arm. The person who recorded my daughter's incident also witnessed other children being mishandled before she started filming, something every parent deserves to know. I regret allowing my daughter to stay after the first incident because I didn't want to take her away from her friends, but I can't ignore these ongoing issues any longer. I immediately went to another daycare today to enroll my daughter, and it was heartbreaking to see how the entire staff had already seen the video. They were all shocked when they realized I was the mother of the child in this video. Please be warned
