They are usually pretty good. Made an appointment for 1215. Sat for 15 minutes before they even asked for my $$. Then Sat another 20 minutes before they called me to the room. It's now almost 115pm and I'm waiting for the doctor. If they had an emergency, they should at least tell you because otherwise it's just bad service. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. read more

I was in so much pain so had to come in Saturday. They are so awesome here the Doctor that came in she is so caring and sweet. Went today because I woke up so much of pain 3 days ago where I had surgery. I thought it was a UTI but it's something else but they couldn't see and I was avoiding the ER. Although I should have just gone there first since they couldn't do much for me. I love coming to this urgent care, I have taken my daughter here a few times, it's clean everyone working there is so sweet and caring thank you so much. They couldn't take my blood cause I have small vein and i guess I was a bit dehydrated today too. So have to wait and see that's all I need more issues lol! What a God send after the nightmares of other Urgent cares in my area! This was a bit of a drive but for the service, quality of care, and wait time, I will go nowhere else from now on! Thanks to Dr Anne Amer who spent quality with my older kid and was thorough. Spent a total of an hour and 15 minutes compared to the 4 hrs and crummy service at Lakewood facility! Nobody WANTS to have to go to an urgent care, but if it's urgent that you see a medical professional you know how important it is to get seen, and right now. This was my story and I was so incredibly grateful for the professionalism of this group, and even the follow up on my care to make sure the situation hadn't gotten worse. When my symptoms didn't subside, they had me come back in the next day to ensure that I was actually treated and it's a really good thing they did so my issues didn't escalate. This place is absolutely bookmarked in my phone in case I ever run into something similar. It was perfect for my schedule that they were open into the late evening! The receptionist was very friendly. I only had to fill out a few forms. I went in because I had a very painful back. I was treated right away. The doctor was very attentive and listened. Dr. Amer is amazing, and the urgent care staff is so nice. I've had a horrible experience catching allergic contact dermatitis where a substance I was allergic to went into my bloodstream and had to come in urgently. She was so nice and considerate listening to what i needed, and prescribed me the medicine i needed quickly. They even called after a few days to check in how i was doing which speaks volumes of their character! I was thoroughly impressed. Its a no appointment system and the place is very cleanly as well. I randomly walked in with my infant and the entire experience with the office and medical staff was extremely pleasant. They were genuinely friendly and provided us quality care. They provided all the information (waiting time and cost) for my family to make decisions and recommendations (pharmacies) that may be open on Christmas Eve, especially knowing we are not from the area. They took care of both my infant and then later, my spouse (for different medical reasons) with short notice and within two hours of each other. Highly recommend this urgent care. read more

I really like this urgent care location. It is clean, quick, good service, good staff, and a good doctor. I really like the online scheduling. I've always made an appointment online, and both times I have been here I've been in and out in less than an hour. 30-45 minutes on average. YMMV based on how busy they are but this is a great time compared to my past experiences at urgent cares. Dr. Amer is thorough and has been great at listening and diagnosing conditions. Her staff have all been pleasant and efficient. My wife and I will continue to come here. read more

My first time here was a good experience. Some time later I came here to get my ear quickly checked after getting tinnitus, because I couldn't get an ENT appointment right away. The doctor suggested getting an ear lavage, which I reluctantly tried but stopped almost immediately because it was far too loud. Made my tinnitus worse and it hasn't gotten better. Well, when I did see an ENT eventually they said that there wasn't enough blockage in the ear to even cause tinnitus, so an ear lavage was unnecessary. I get that going to an urgent care center is not the same as going to a specialist, but this place suggested a "treatment" without knowing the risks or whether it was appropriate for my condition in the first place. Made a permanent condition even worse. Thanks for nothing. read more

There should be an option for 6 stars! 1. I was in and out in under an hour for horrible wisdom tooth pain but it was the weekend so I couldnt see a dentist. got a prescription for the pain and a letter saying I needed to be seen by an oral surgeon ASAP.... that letter got me an emergency extraction a day later! Before, the surgeon said they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks! 2. When the doctor came in, she put down her clip board and sat down in front of me and listened intently, making eye contact with me and clearly caring about my situation. I felt so cared for! 3. I got a missed call from a number I didn't recognize a week later. Checked my voicemail and they called to see how I was doing! What?! I have never been cared for like that at an urgent care. 10/10, will always be going here if needed! read more

The only reason why I gave it one more star is because of the wait time. It's not as long as other urgent cares but ultimately, the knowledge of these doctors are what matters most. First visit- I went in the beginning of July for a pain that I have had in the inner butt cheek. Thinking it may have been a cyst, I went to Pacific Urgent Care. After the doctor took a look at it, she said it wasn't a cyst but a hemorrhoid that had gotten infected (so it had expanded on the inside of my body-but not the anal area). She prescribed me some antibiotics and cream and told me to take it for 2 weeks and it should go away. It didn't go away-it got WORSE-I'm talking bigger than a golf ball size lump on my Butt cheek. I could barely sit or walk so I went back. Second visit- Another doctor took a look at it, she said it probably wasn't a hemorrhoid or a cyst and wasn't sure what it was. She suggested that I go to a specialist but I needed to get a referral from my doctor (since I had HMO). I ended up going to the emergency room a couple days later because my doctor couldn't see me for another two weeks. At the ER, the doctor looked at it and immediately knew that it was a CYST-what I had originally went in for. He asked me why I didn't go to the doctor sooner to get it removed because it was one of the biggest ones he had seen. My butt was purple and basically looked so bruised. How did TWO doctors at urgent care miss this? It's very upsetting that I had to pay out of pocket to have ignorant doctors misdiagnose me. read more

Wife walked in for elbow pain and wanted to see if it was possibly fractured or broken. Waited almost an hour to be seen and was told by the do tor that they don't have an X-ray machine!! Are you kidding me? That information would have been really helpful when my wife indicated right at the beginning that she thought it was broken! Sign outside clearly says X-rays but they don't even have the machine. They sent us down the street to an imaging center and when we got there they turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. WASTE OF TIME!!! DON'T BOTHER. This place is a complete waste of your time. Not to mention they are RACIST AS ALL HELL. I went in over a month ago because I was very sick. Dr saw me, prescribed meds, sent me off to get blood work done, I don't have insurance so I paid out of pocket for everything, okay nbd. It's been over a month, and I have not gotten any blood work results back. I've gone in, the receptionists tell me, "Dr is busy she can't see you" like ok? Well I'm just here for my results, out of the two times I've gone in they tell me they have my results but I can't be seen and they can't give them to me. I've called about 3x, each time they tell me, "Dr is busy she will call you" Youre telling me, I paid about $350 for blood work to be done and you're gonna deny me of getting my results back? Racist af establishment not to mention extremely unprofessional. read more

Patient beware! My daughter was seen twice at this office - while the care she received was adequate, their billing is fraudulent. They initially attempted to bill my daughter at a "self-pay" rate. We called the insurance company and found that they never billed the insurance company. When we called the billing office, they asked us to provide her "secondary insurance." "You never billed the primary insurance." They eventually billed the insurance company, but even though they advertise as an "urgent care" they billed the claim as an "office visit" with "outpatient office services" which increased my daughter's patient responsibility from a $20 copay to $138 for out of network services. When she called and asked to have them submit a replacement claim to the insurance company, they simply adjusted her account balance to zero. I work in medical billing. Providers must bill with appropriate cpt and hcpc codes. read more

I have gone here repeatedly instead of going to my primary care physician because I can almost always get an appointment that day and the Drs are very thorough and very attentive. My 3 year old son ended up with a sprained ankle while playing in a bounce house. I took him to this urgent care for the first time just to make sure it wasn't a major injury. The time to fill out the paperwork and and being place in one of the rooms was at tops 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes before the doctor came in who was friendly and took the time to answer questions. We ended up having to take an X ray of his ankle later in the afternoon which also turned out to be a great decision. The radiologist found a small deformity and the doctor recommended that we see an orthopedic specialist. Good thing we did since the specialist did find an issue and now my son has a cast on his foot for the next three weeks. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. Two different doctors from the urgent care left three voicemails to follow up on the X ray. I'm impressed by the level of care the doctors and the rest of the staff showed. p.s. So thankful for this place tonight. My third place I went to get my teenager tested for covid as school notified us of exposure. So nerve racking driving place to place to get a rapid test. You can actually call this place and make appointment. The PA was so nice, she calmed my nervous daughter whom was scared it was going to hurt - she explained well and took all the time needed until she was ready to put the stick up her nose. Wow today's experience was awesome! The doctor (Dr. Henning) was nice but receptionist was exceptionally rude. I was told to come before 6 pm next time (but they close at 8 and I wad there at 7), stay right next to door so I can run inside (so she can get off asap) And she told others to fill out forms outside the office (because of covid??? But there were only 4 people in waiting area) I've been going to this urgent care over 2 yrs now for me, mom, husband and 2 kids. And today is my last day going there. This is a review of Dr. Natasha Thomas only- Went to pacific as my little one wasn't feeling well. She'd been on antibiotics and seemed to be getting worse. Dr. Thomas walks in and starts by telling me what a bad day she's had. My daughter was using her iPad and she made a snarky comment about it. I told my daughter to turn it down. Instead of asking what was going on, she gestures with her hand to hurry up and "just tell me why you are here." I explained the situation but felt rushed through it recognizing her angst in the process. She opened the door after prescribing my daughter more meds but didn't tell me much else so I told her I hadn't even asked questions. I asked her what she meant by "improving in 2 days, no cough, no fever, what did she mean" and her response was "I don't know what to tell you lady, she's your daughter, if you don't know her then there's nothing I can tell you." It's okay for doctors to be annoyed and tired. It's not okay to end an appointment w/o asking if the patient has any questions or concerns. It's also not okay to put someone down for asking for clarification. I have heard from others that there are good doctors at this urgent care, just avoid Thomas. read more

If you're in need of care other than an emergency (please go to an ER for life-threatening issues), I recommend this location. I do have private insurance but will come here and pay cash because it's convenient and medical staff are nice and helpful.
