She is always smiling, pushing her patients to meet the goal and feel better. I was emotional one day and when she realized it she just hugged me and talked to me in middle of physical therapy. If I ever had to come back to physical therapy this is the place I would want to go and Rocky is the therapist I would want. The patients are very nice also, we have struck up many conversations together, made jokes together in the waiting room waiting to be called then got in back and teased each other about what was said in the waiting room. All around a wonderful place to have to go get your body back to what it should be.

I called CORA Physical Therapy and was greeted by an amazing patient service coordinator, Guisella, who was able to assist my mom and get her an appointment within a day. My mom was thrilled! Guisella guided me through what to do to get my mom in for her session and sent us all the necessary information. I have to thank CORA for the progress my mom has made and the confidence that she is building within herself. The PT staff are patient, kind, and thorough. They have guided my mom in how to do the various exercises in between sessions and have worked with her to show her how to use her cane and more. I highly recommend this facility. I already have had 3 appts and a epidural and this b## scheduled me for 90days and said nothing wrong. I did drop off my new mris to her facility. I wouldnt go back there even with apology. I never saw this dr in 5 years i saw patricia bayshore who is muscle spasm specialist. You will never get medicine if you need it. If there was nothing wrong with my back she did procedure in Oct. Dec. And Feb. She just out to get the $$$ she has 0 compassion for her patients. The best thing in that office is the agate chandelier. This place is usually quite busy with appointment times packed together. The physical therapist…read morewill usually work with several people and rotate around to make sure everyone is on task and doing alright. I do prefer a more 1:1 approach of other smaller facilities but this place seems to make this work. Front desk staff are pleasant and 1 is bilingual. There is also a bilingual PT/OT working as well. Waiting area is very small so try to come alone or with as few people as possible. Masks are optional but strongly advised and all staff are wearing them. Majority of the patients do as well. Since there are gym type equipment here I recommend closed toed shoes or sneakers, flip flops and sandals can make you unsteady while using the equipment. Parking is quirky but abundant.

The first time I went there, I was supposed to have a FCE however they put it for a PT then I had…read moreto wait another three weeks and then they put on my report and sent me a survey about dizziness. I wasn't dizzy because I have a dizzy problem. I have a problem with pain in my foot and pain in my back and when they're making you do all these movements or walk around when you can't walk and you could barely walk with a cane it's gonna cause you to lose your equilibrium. All because of the pain in the foot and the low back. So Cynthia is very nice, but evidently when she did the FCE she made no comments that I need an accommodation slight frequent breaks, or an electric wheelchair scooter to get around, no standing no walking, which goes with what she did say permanent city, but that was all, but didn't also say that I needed something elevate my foot cause even there I needed something to elevate my foot which I need an executive chair with a foot rest so I had an inappropriate not accurate FCE. Although all of the staff members that do the PT and the southern gentleman from Texas are very nice. Cynthia was very nice when I first went there the first day the girl at the desk was nice when I called back about getting my appointment may be moved up sooner than the 30th since they messed up why I came there the first visit the girl at the desk was very rude. Otherwise they were very nice and I just think the evaluation was not done with complete accommodations that I need. Also, it says I went from a 5 to 10 in pain when I went there that day. I had an 8 to 10 pain by the time I left it was a 10+. I never had a five I haven't had a five ever since my injury. So wherever they got that, and I've only done one assessment that they sent me in a survey when I saw about dizziness, I didn't do it last time so they sent it again and I made sure in the comments I put it's not a dizzy problem it is a pain problem from the foot and the back from not getting treatment treatments that I need.
