Unfortunately, our experience was extremely concerning and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked proper training and experience in administering IVs. I am in the healthcare industry and can confidently say that the individuals performing these procedures did not appear to meet the qualifications or follow the safety protocols required by Florida law. After paying close to $500 for two IVs, my blood pressure was recorded at 160/111, yet the staff proceeded with the IV. I specifically told the young woman not to use my left arm because it's difficult to find a vein there, but she ignored me and kept probing until she gave up. She then switched to my right arm, even though I told her I wasn't feeling well and needed to lie down. Despite my warning about using small veins for 25,000 mg of Vitamin C, she continued -- and shortly afterward, I lost consciousness. Paramedics were called, and I was transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital, where the nurse immediately noticed that the IV line placed by Vitalounge was still wide open. The nurse removed it right away, noting that leaving a line open like that could have led to a serious infection. I was hospitalized for three days. Throughout this ordeal, no one from Vitalounge ever called to check on my condition. When I reached out after being discharged to request a refund (since neither I nor my wife received the IV service), the person I spoke with refused to provide her name and declined to issue a refund. She only provided a generic email address for "corporate" and refused to identify any manager. This experience was unacceptable, unsafe, and unprofessional. I strongly urge the Florida Department of Health to inspect this facility. Patients deserve to feel safe and cared for -- not put at risk due to poor training and negligence. How can they keep the money for something they never did, or the patient or person received or obtain. To me that is called a scam or thief.

I walked in feeling like I was going to die and when I left I felt back to normal. I would recommend asking for a blanket bc you do get really cold with all the fluids going into you. First the lady who was scheduled to do my husband. Refused to massage him saying he was too large. That's fine we don't care who does what. The gentlemen who did my husbands massage was excellent but his massage was interrupted by my masseuse who kept running around the room slamming doors and leaving the room . When she started my massage she apologized her oil was not warm. My husbands was. Then she rubbed my back in the manner of a mother washing her child with a rag in the tub when they are young who was in a hurry . Then she got stones and scrubbed me with those laughing from time to time . My husband said why was there laughter. After that I was told to flip over she insisted on putting some weird rag over my eyes and laughing when I turned over only left a this thin sheet over me and kept taking the blanket and shaking it out over me. I felt naked in the room with the other male masseuse in the room. I don't know was she taking pictures of me what my husband said he didn't have rags put on his face. After taking the weird rag off my face she proceeded to put thick oil on the top on my head into my hair . Into my hair! Like baby oil. She kept running back getting things and slamming things all over the room. Them sounded like she left the room all together. At the end she took the rest of the oil and applied it to my head I was completely saturated with oil. Then she left the room with the other masseuse and I could hear him laughing with her in the hall. So I tipped very little left to my masseuse and because I didn't want to make a scene in front of other clients and staff. I owned a business. You can't be held accountable for crazy workers. I get it. But I called back let the receptionist know what happened and who was wonderful I might add. I told her to please cancel my monthly subscription . Even though my masseuse in Poinciana is wonderful. I can't be put in such a degrading situation for either myself or my husband. I also was going to get a monthly massage for my husband in Poinciana and no way that's happening now and my girlfriend was interested. But not now. I work at WDW at the hotels in housekeeping . I'm not a bad person I work hard I don't know why this person would ever treat someone in this way. Also I will never suggest anyone ever go to C3 or trust anything done at this business. This masseuse has done this to others before. This was second nature to her. I would seriously be careful of her possibly handling any medical procedures in your business. I can't only imagine the damage. Seriously concerned for the others that go to this business. This is the only reason I am saying anything. A physical therapist has stated in one of the reviews his or her concern they are using unlicensed help. I unfortunately think this is true.
