We bought our Shipoo and from day one , they have been nothing but kind... always answering questions or taking phone calls or texts. This was my first puppy so I did have questions and nothing was ignored, as a matter of fact just the opposite. I really appreciated the time they took to answer questions so that I can give her the best. We have had her 3 years now and cannot imagine life without her. Highly recommend adopting here ... you won't be sorry .. I know I am not read more

My husband purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog from this breeder - from what I was told about the experience it sounds more like a puppy mill to me. Long story short, we were told he had his first vaccines, however the paperwork would be mailed to us. He claimed we would receive the paperwork between Dec 21 - Dec 29. I called my vet to book second shots (due to holidays the earliest they could book would be Jan 6) We constantly asked David for the paperwork as it never arrived in the mail, we then asked for the vet info at least so our vet could contact them - he refused (red flag) We had our vet call David directly and found the vet name ... what David failed to mention was he, himself, gives the injections and has a vet sign off (Dr. Puri) Unsure why he left that out in the first place... I called Dr. Puri office and was informed some breeders do their own vaccines - OK - moving on.. We ended up having to get and pay for first shots all over again since we still had not received any paperwork, when my husband reached out to David to let him know our disappointment, David was not pleased... We ended up receiving the paperwork for "our dog" this week.... The shot date says either December 17th or December 27th.. We brought our dog home December 12th, so unless David broke into our home a few days later to do puppy vaccines he is a liar. Sketchy business he is running, I feel terrible for all those puppies likely not getting their first shots. Just sell them without shots so new owners can protect their new animals! Most reviews are the same you guys need to get your sh*t together. I have a puppy of my own from this business and we bought a supposed Pomeranian but like others on google reviews and here we received a different breed as he grew. read more

Absolutely the worst place to buy a puppy from. He sold me the wrong breed. He says it's a Maltese and toy poodle mix, however my puppy is 3x the size he should be for his age at 4 months. When contacting him he was very rude, very dismissive and didn't care at all to reply anymore. When we went to get our puppy he did not let us see the parents when we asked. We love our puppy but I didn't pay 1500$ for the wrong breed! read more

Very disappointed in the unprofessional approach of this grooming service. My long time groomer retired and transferred me to this service. After 4 adequate but not stellar grooming's of my 3 dogs, the the last one was very poor. My oldest dog's skirt was nearly dragging on the ground and my youngest dog's legs had patches shaved off. I tried to give feedback by email and the result was that they simply cancelled my future appointment. I was willing to pay more money to have a less "express" and more correct grooming but I guess they're simply not interested. Perhaps they make most of their money through the "puppy mill". read more

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS MAN, DAVID (THE OWNER). HE SOLD ME A SICK PUPPY I RETURNED HER AND WANTED A REFUND WHICH ISN'T SO CRAZY.. He talked in circles to the point where if he got her vet checked and had her fleas taken care off I just didn't even care because he was just so awful towards me. He wondered if I was taking good care of the puppy... if i didn't care why would I alert him 24 hours after receiving her that something just wasn't right with her. Now I am left with no puppy and just feeling so defeated. He's a vile human and is clearly just in this business for the money. He didn't even fully refund me. He said he's taking $250 as a finding fee??? I am warning any new or old customers please stay away if you can... read more

We bought 2 puppies from David and his wife during the last 3 months. Our first puppy is suffering from seizure and had several attacks in the last 3 months. David was very supportive and understanding. After several appointments with our vet and David's vet, the puppy was diagnosed with epilepsy and is on medication now. David took responsibility for this as the first couple of seizure attacks happened in the first week that we bought her. David refunded us and gave us the option to keep or take the puppy back. Obviously, we are very attached to the puppy and we decided to keep her accepting that she will need treatments in the future and will cost us, but she is part of the family and we want to let her enjoy the life. Couple of weeks ago, my husband and I decided to get a puppy for the first time, we talked to David and finally decided to get a Morkie puppy. Since this was our first time having a pet, we had a lot of concerns and questions and David helped us a lot through the whole process and he was super patient with us and never hesitated to answer our calls or texts. Also, he drove by our house couple of times to check up on our puppy. Juliet is the sweetest and smartest puppy. We couldn't imagine our home without her. David was great at responding right away and setting up a meeting before purchase. This is a puppy breeding mill. Where the dogs are left in horrendous conditions you will not be allowed to see the parents of the dogs when asked- multiple sick. Dogs have been sold from this person. This man is completely vile. He's only doing this for money and it's trying to open up a breeding mill in Orlando. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS read more

We got our puppy, Freddie, about a month ago, and we are absolutely in love with him. He is a very good natured puppy and loves to cuddle, as well as he has a very lively personality. I bought Leo from Bright Pets last May and he's the happiest puppy. I've been getting a lot of compliments during walks and he's very friendly with other dogs and people. Nothing good can come from this. We already have far too many homeless dogs. Bringing in a breeder to get around our laws in not acceptable. This is, nor any place a good place to have such a business. This is greed at the cost of dogs and their neighbors! Just NO! read more
