Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. I immediately called and reported the issue, and the guy told me to record it if it happened again and bring the phone back in so they could fix it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one."
