The first service technician recommended that I should call my mobil provider to see if I have a protection plan in place. I made a call and found out that I do have a protection plan. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He stated my phone would be ready in two hours or less. It was ready in a hour and a half. Different customer service representative helped me when I returned for my phone. He was kind and helpful, didn't catch his name either unfortunately. I went in to get my back camera fixed. The man let me know that he can fix my back camera by replacing the lens. He also let me know that there was a possibility of my front screen cracking due to them having to go through the front of the phone to fix the things, he said they'll replace it which was fine. After I leave the place with my phone " fixed " the back camera was still the same it was actually worse and it didn't focus at all, they ended up replacing the front screen which completely messed up the coloring on my iPhone screen. My phone overheats like crazy. My phone battery dies twice as fast. My brightness is always going up and down without me setting it ( I went through the settings and it's still does that ) overall 0/10 experience. Don't waste your time. read more

My husband's iPhone stopped charging. It started out where you could wiggle the charging cable a little bit and the connection would come and go. And it ended up not charging at all where you could plug it in and it wouldn't charge at all. However, we could put it next to a wireless charger and it would work fine.. I tried to clean it myself, but it didn't work too well. I arranged to have a new charging point installed Friday morning and he said it would probably might take all day or at least a couple of hours. But he said, "Wet me see if I can clean it first." It turns out it wasn't the lenses on my iPhone that were broken, but the glass lens protector covering them. He took the phone to the back of the store, removed the remaining cracked lens protector, then brought my phone back to me. When I asked how much, he wouldn't charge me! Took my son's Nintendo Switch Lite to get the joy stick repaired. Picked it up; everything looked good. Once my son charged it and started to play on it. He noticed his headset was not working when connected to the device. The headset worked on other devices; so it is the Nintendo that is broken. This location could potentially be stealing original parts from devices. I took my iPhone 13 to get my cracked screen fixed, while they did a good job at replacing the screen my front camera stopped working. My front camera was working completely fine before I took it there. When I opened my camera app and switched over to the front camera it gave me a message stating to check camera because it failed to be recognized as a "genuine part". I have always had the Asurion insurance, but since I hadn't ever used the service, I was apprehensive about what I would end up with. I was very pleased ! My iPhone's screen turned yellow on a Sunday afternoon! I freaked out because I wasn't sure what the issue was. I went into the Stockton store, ubreakifix, yesterday to get my S23Ultra screen replaced. I have Samsung Care + insurance on the phone. Ubreakifix is an authorized repair for Samsung cell phones. When I entered the store the technician imputed my IME number and according to Samsung, the technician failed to see that I have Samsung Care+ insurance, because the IME number of the phone opens up the Samsung history of my phone and clearly shows the Samsung Care + insurance on the phone., according to Samsung I did not realize that I had the Samsung Care+ insurance, until 2 hours after they fixed my screen and charged me $293.43. I called Samsung and they issued me an Advance Receipt for the repair of the screen. I went back to the store today and the supposedly manager said he could not honor the insurance request. I asked the way technician did not see that I had the insurance when they inputted my IME number. Their response was basically too bad we cannot make any corrections. So I am out $293.43, even though I have insurance and the technician failed to see that in the history of the phone when they inputted my IME number. It appears they make more money by failing to see that I had insurance and burned me for $293.43 So beware read more

My phones wireless charger stopped working so I made a claim with Verizon since I have insurance on the phone, they set me up with an appointment and I get a call from someone at this place and I go over what the problem is, that it won't work on any of the 4 charging pads I have... My appointment is 4 days out at 3pm. I get there at 3pm, I tell him what's wrong with the phone and my info and he finds my claim on their system... Then tells me they need to order the part and I'll get a call or email when it arrives, I didn't tell them anything different over the phone but I still had to drive in rush hour traffic to stockton to be told "we don't carry the part so we will order it and let you know when to come back".
