Kris has a welcoming demeanor, appeared very knowledgeable, and exuded confidence that he and his team would be able to complete my job and do it with excellence. Those were the bench marks (along with price of course) that I need when choosing a contractor for a job. The price wasn't cheap but it was definitely fair. Kris's crew came out and did a fantastic job with both the wood repairs as well as the the paint job. There was one hiccup with some miscommunication on their part but they apologized and made it right. That takes good customer service and they definitely have it! When it was all said and done, my house looks like an entirely new home. My family and I are very happy with the final result - It looks amazing! He also thought to paint parts of our house that we wouldn't have thought to get painted -- like our door and our stair railing -- and after checking to see if we wanted those things painted he did them for no additional charge.
