When she informed me it was required for him to be restrained she withheld the cost or the fact it was not able to be billed by insurance. They are required to tell me prior that something isn't covered by insurance and let me make that decision, instead they dilebertly withheld information for a financial gain.

However, I was referred to the same dentist twice for additional work, and both experiences were unprofessional. After expressing my concerns, no alternative referral was offered, and I was left to find a provider on my own. Most recently, I learned after my appointment that my insurance was no longer in-network. This is typically verified and communicated beforehand, but it didn't happen this time. I was later balance-billed, and although a small discount was offered after I voiced my concerns, the situation was still disappointing. Overall, the decline in communication and follow-through has made my experience fall far short of what I expected.

They take the needs of every patient to heart and ensure the needs are met and the patient is satisfied and comfortable. I have never been a fan of the dentist but Dr. Dave has always put my mind at ease when having any dental work done. He is very thorough and will explain everything upfront and as he is doing the work. I no longer stress over having to have any dental work done. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming. Keep in mind they are not really in any insurance companies networks, so you typically end up paying a little more but for someone who may not be the biggest fan of the dentist, it is worth every penny. They do file my insurance for me, then I just pay what my insurance does not cover. I highly recommend Dr. Dave and his team. Then Yamilette, she was with me through the whole process. We conversed, we laughed, while she was explaining every step or procedure she would do. Dentist finally came in and after a 1-minute examination of my x-rays (not my mouth) told me I needed 7000 of dental work listing 3 pages of almost unreadable dental procedures I supposedly needed. I was there because my old Medicare Part C plan changed their dental network making my previous dentist of 40 plus years obsolete forcing me to find another dentist. My new Medicare Part C plan sent me to Sage. I get dental exams once a year for the past 50 years. Last one was 5 months ago. Clean bill of health with no issues. I refused to agree to and sign their lying treatment plan. They threatened me with not submitting the claim for my x-rays which would be paid by my insurance unless I signed the treatment plan even though I told them they had already charged me 170 dollars just to get from waiting room to dental chair. They also charged me for an oral cancer screening I never received. I got up and walked out and immediately called my insurer Aetna Medicare to report their misconduct. Of course, Aetna was of no help whatsoever even though they were the ones who referred me to this unethical, dishonest and borderline criminal dental practice. Went on Monday and was prescribed an antibiotic then by Friday I was experiencing more infection. I called was told it was an administrative day. The doctor wasn't there, but she would get back with me and never did. my experience was more like a sales pitch after the initial visit. and I felt like because I only spent $69. They really had no interest in their financial future with me. but Kelly was nice enough to give me a pitch about if I spent $1500 to repair a tooth I could spend 170 on a discount program that would save 20% off future costs. I would advise anyone that goes there to beware if you don't have insurance or money to spend that's not the dentist for you. as I sit here and have never gotten a response back and it's Saturday sad
