I was pleased when I first started visiting this location--Ms. Boesch seemed caring and attentive. Over time, that level of care declined. I paid high out-of-pocket costs in addition to my insurance coverage and initially felt it was worth it. However, I was referred to the same dentist twice for additional work, and both experiences were unprofessional. After expressing my concerns, no alternative referral was offered, and I was left to find a provider on my own. Most recently, I learned after my appointment that my insurance was no longer in-network. This is typically verified and communicated beforehand, but it didn't happen this time. I was later balance-billed, and although a small discount was offered after I voiced my concerns, the situation was still disappointing. Overall, the decline in communication and follow-through has made my experience fall far short of what I expected. read more

I love going to Dr. Boesch's office. I've seen Dr. Shah and she is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to explain all the procedures so well. Karen, the dental hygienist is also fantastic! You can tell that she loves her job and is very experienced. Every time that my husband and I have been we are seen immediately, there's no waiting around for hours at this office unlike others, which is great for our busy schedules. I don't think I will be switching dentists ever again! The service here is phenomenal. Keep in mind that for the first consultation definitely book in advance as they don't have many openings but once you are their patient they definitely go above and beyond to accommodate you which includes contacting you for an earlier appointment/ opening, appointment reminder phone calls and texts and even when I visit with my husband they check to see how my procedures are doing. It went there today...7-16-19 Had a tooth extraction... before that I spoke with McKenzie and office manager Tia ..they are the most patient people... I had Dr .Shah ...what a beautiful..proffesional..honest Dentist.. I had a cleaning prior to this ... don't remember the hygienist name.. but she is the best and has an as amazing personality.. Dr. Shah had a young assistant with her both times... again I don't remember her name..I apologize..I was nervous...well this young lady is very calm and thorough on her job.. All these WOMEN are professional.. This practice is excellent..honest and it's like family... Dr.Shah called me at home to see how I was doing and she offers her phone number In case you need to call her.. The front office staff are constantly busy .but they tend to everyone without rushing you out or rushing you off the phone. Truly professional WOMEN , HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

First, the office staff are all friendly and answer your questions. The office staff has been great in trying to work with my schedule for appointments. They have a electronic option for appointment reminders. However, I am skeptical of the recommended treatments here. It's probably best to go here for aesthetic services, but not general dentistry. Dr. Boesch has had a great reputation, so that's why I chose her. However, I'm thinking patients looking for aesthetic services would have better experience here than those looking for just the regular check-ups and cleaning. If you choose to go here, make sure you also know what your insurance will cover before agreeing to any treatment that the dentist recommends for you. Bring your coverage plan with you, just in case as well. The office staff told me I would have to pay a grossly higher amount than what I knew my insurance's charge schedule said. I told them that they were wrong, so they double-checked and said I was correct. Had I not said anything, I would have had to pay an additional $411! Know you insurance inside out. Secondly, be wary of "deep cleaning" and other recommended procedures. For example, my insurance only covered for 2 treatments, but recommendation was 4 treatments. Ask a lot of questions! I went to another dentist and told him my concerns since I believed everything Dr. Boesch recommended. My new dentist stated that my gums and teeth were healthy. He even double-checked and did an X-ray. Thirdly, a while back, they had a an interim dentist who recommended this $1000+ procedure. For some reason, when Dr. Boesch returned, she never mentioned that procedure. It's like both of them weren't on the same page for my treatment. Good thing I didn't start that procedure! Bottom line, be a WELL-INFORMED patient and do your research on dental insurance before agreeing to anything. Never feel pressured, and always take your time in any decision that is especially costly. You are your own advocate. Many patients do not check with their insurance first and rely on the office staff to do the verification. read more

Used to go since 2013 and my experience was good; until my last visit that one of her assistants extract the wrong tooth. When she checked, she couldn't hide her surprise and immediately told me: "Oh that one has to be extracted as well; just take care with the other tooth" (in other words, she covered him). That traumatized me and now, after 4 years need to visit a dentist because I'm having issues with the tooth that was supposed to be extracted and logically because all the time I didn't visit a dentist, have more work to be done. read more

Please refrain from utilizing the Dental Office of Dr Christina Boesch located in the plaza on the corner of John Young Parkway and Conroy. They have exercised a continuous lack of professionalism time and time again from the receptionist to the dental hygienists. They try to manipulate customers by fabricating extensive and expensive dental programs for individuals with flawless dental histories while refusing basic dental care. I need to tell everyone that Dr Christina Boesch is the best Dentist we have in Orlando. Our fear of going to the Dentist is that we are afraid to pay for work that we do not need. Dr. Boesch is honest and has a heart to tell you what you do need now, what tooth she can save and what you can do later. The prices are very fair. Her dentistry is painless because I went to work after my procedure. Those are the main things we look for in a Dentist. Honesty, Highly skilled, Good Price and Less pain. And, she has all that. Very exceptional service. Dentist Boesch is very professional and honest. She didn't suggested anything more than what I needed. I was happy that they fit in my cleaning bc normally they only start off with an exam and xrays to see the condition of your teeth. I like how they take the time to get to know you and your teeth without added a million things like the other place I didn't like. I also went to her bc they accepted my Ameriplan discount card. Dr Boesch is a wonderful dentist! I have been seeing her for at least a couple of years now. I love her staff and they really are wonderful with patients of all ages. My mom had to have veneers done by Dr. Boesch after a botched run at different dentist's office. That is how we came to find her. The finished product came out beautiful and mommy had her confidence to smile again. Also the new veneers gave mom no issues. I love my dentist and all her staff are amazing. The dental hygienist is very informative and she educates you in how to properly clean your teeth at home. Dr. Boesch has been working with me on my Invisalign treatment and even though it has prolonged longer than what she expected what I appreciate is the fact that she continues to work on my teeth and has not given up on me until we both feel satisfied with the end result. I see Latricia most of the time for my follow ups and she is great, informative and also takes her time when I'm on that chair. Many people have negative experiences with dental visits, but in this office they are very gentle and it puts you at ease. I can't wait until Im done with my Invisalign and finish working on my teeth which has been one of my personal goals for the last years and I am finally seeing results and I am very satisfied. Terrible. I felt as if She lined everybody up, pulled their teeth, and sent them packing as to fill the next chair and make more money. The doctor was extremely rude and talked down to me. I'm not good at the dentist and she only increased my anxiety through her demeanor. I went in because I had a toothache and was pretty sure it would need to be pulled. Instead of talking to me about it, she simply looked at the x-rays and said "Okay, we're going to pull three and one of them will be a wisdom tooth." At which point she left the cubicle without an explanation as to why three instead of just the one that was causing pain. The nurse gave me the nova cane shot and didn't say a word either. When the Doctor came back in with the tools I asked her why she was pulling the others and she gaffed at me and said because they have huge cavities. So I allowed her to continue. The first came out OK but I could feel the second as she was pulling and I told her I could feel it. She continued anyways. Once she was done she left without another word, the nurse handed me the "how to care for..." sheet and told me to take some aspirin when I got home and left as well. I walked directly out of the office with my husband and burst into tears. I was traumatized. As the icing on the cake, after a half an hour of being home the nova cane wore off and the pain was excruciating. My husband called for a prescription for something stronger, at which the nurse laughed but called in an RX a hour later for me. Needless to say I will never be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to visit her office. Plus, they won't stop calling me to come get my teeth whitened! I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. read more

I actually started going to Dr. Boesch because I followed my favorite Hygienist there. Karen M. has been cleaning and taking care of my family's teeth for over 20 years. She is friendly, very careful and thorough, never makes you feel rushed and makes detailed notes to remember your mouth and what to keep an eye on. She takes time to show kids (and adults) how to brush and floss correctly and is very good about explaining the cleanings and procedures. Dr. Boesch exceeded my expectations and I felt I made the right choice in switching Dentists. She is attentive and up to date with equipment and standards.
