His wrote up all the work he was going to do (in detail) and his estimate was fair. I then contracted Doug to do the work. Doug worked with my schedule to find the right timing. The incident happened on a Friday and he told somebody else to tell me he would complete the job Monday. Well, it's now Monday at 6:50 and when I threatened him with a bad review , he informed me that he would not be returning to do the job so that made a bad review go to worse if I could rate zero I would I do not recommend David Webb for any work. He is very unprofessional. My other experiences with him were extremely overpriced, but the quality was OK. But to be paid ahead of time for a job and then say you'll be back in a half hour and not to even return then to ignore my calls only to have somebody else lie to me and say he will be there Monday totally unprofessional.
