I worked with Serena for a year and a half when my parents began their downsizing journey from a 4500 sq ft home, to an 1800 sq ft cottage. They had a huge attic, garage, and garden, also filled with stuff. (It was all GOOD stuff, too! Just ask my mom!) Serena is grace and kindness and thoughtfulness all rolled into one.
