Pretty far into the movie I saw someone coming into the movie theater that we were in and that person was just standing there looking at everyone that was watching the movie. This of course startled me a bit because a lot of active shootings have gone on. It has been a very hard time for all of us I believe. I kept an eye on this person not knowing what was going to happen. This person in fact was a employee of this movie theater and I later found of her name is Michelle. She walked to the side front of the theater in front of the screen and stated to yell and scream for who ever has their feet on the seats to take them off unless they want to clean her seats and anyone on their cell phones shouldnt be on them at all. Look I understand that but she should of confronted those people and or teenager's in a professional manner that would not startle and be disruptive to others that are trying to relax on a Friday night. Not have a employee of the theater think it is okay to disrupt customers and scare them. My children told me that they thought she was someone who was going to hurt us. Do you know how horrible that is? After the movie my husband and I did ask to speak with this women and anot her employee went to get her. We confronted her and she only would tell us her first name. She tried to apologize but we could not accept that because that was not what we paid for! She was a very cold person she should be ashamed of herself! I would like corporate to reach out to me. This needs to be taken care of. I believe it is reasonable to say that that is not professional behavior that is not at all how you run a business. A police officer was there and did witness us confronting her and making our complaint. We did not pay for Michelle to come in the middle of our movie and start to yell and scream at us! My family and I originally were going to go to the movie theaters in Sherman , but I said why not go here in town. I really ate my words tonight on that one! Horrible customer service! Couldn't even watch and movie with out a employee yelling and screaming at us! Even if it is the only movie theater in town I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. You should be ashamed of yourself to run a business like that!

They have a very small video game arcade, clean restrooms, and they also have the typical concession stand fare that you find at all the other movie theaters. The ticket prices are very reasonable too. Being that it's in a small town, sometimes they don't show the current releases as they come out. You might find a two-week delay in the opening of a new release. By then you will have probably driven to Sherman to see that new movie there. Overall though, it's a pleasant experience. Did I mention how comfortable the seating is? :) My wife and I give Majestic 6 theater a thumbs up. Check it out.

The concessions were pretty reasonably priced and the facility was very clean. The concessions looked fresh and the cost was pretty good there too. One thing that this cinema does exceptionally well is spacing out showtimes. Oftentimes movies all start around the same time. Here, it seems like there is a different movie starting each hour. With so few screens that is pretty impressive. I enjoy just stopping in and choosing whatever the nearest showtime is and going to that film, whatever it may be. The only reason I deducted a star was the staff. It was grossly apparent that the staff behind the counter did not want to be there at all. Moreover, the ticket taker offered the most obnoxiously loud and sarcastic "HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND ENJOY YOUR MOVIE" to everyone that passed. While this was surrounding Christmas it was not Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, so it's not as though the boss pissed on their presents by making them work.
