I LOVE STAR FITCLUB! I was visiting a friend and needed a gym to get my workout in for the day. I…read morelove to take classes otherwise I never feel like I get a good workout in. I found starfit club and after reading their reviews I decided to give it a try. I was a little intimidated since I've never done a class like this before but I still wanted to at least give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door and I immediately noticed how clean it smelled- the place was spotless (still pretty impressed by it). The gym did a great job with having us clean up after ourselves and the trainer let me know they fully clean in between each class as well. The class itself was unlike any other class I've been to, from stat to finish I definitely got a great workout in. There were clearly people that were regulars and instead of being intimated I was motivated- phew! No one even noticed that I was new until after class when I mentioned it being my first class. My class trainer was Clarissa, she was so welcoming and made sure to help guide me through what I needed to do, without making it noticeable that I was a complete newbie. Thanks Clarissa and Star Fitclub, I can't wait to be back!

The water fountain was torn apart with the cover laying on the floor, a few cardio machines were down, plus a few more need some replacement part. The one eliptical that I used had the heart rate monitor broken off the handle and when I went to grip it, I almost slit my finger. Plus almost all of the precors had the heart rate moniter taken off of the handles. A couple of the benches needed reupholstered, and a couple of the streching machines needed some attention. The staff was pleasant. This place would be great if they fixed all of the broken stuff. They got some great equipment, but they need to fix it up a bit.
