She gave the kids choices, built their confidence, and skillfully guided them to the next level with each session. The children absolutely adored her and looked forward to their time in the pool! Celeste was also wonderfully communicative with us as adults, keeping us informed, offering tips, and being flexible with scheduling to accommodate our needs. It was so crowded that even members were commenting on it. If the pool is going to host multiple camps throughout the summer, members should have been notified before purchasing a seasonal membership. Those who paid around $600 deserve to know that the pool would be shared with large camp groups on weekdays all summer. At the very least, this information should have been made public so members could make an informed decision before signing up. It would also help to schedule the camps before the pool opens to the public or during less busy hours. There is currently no adult swim time, and the pool is often filled with camp children five days a week, making it difficult for members and paying guests to enjoy the facilities they paid for. When we spoke to the owner about how overcrowded the pool was, her response was, "What do you want me to do?" We politely asked if our guests, who each paid $15, could be given a pass to come back on a less crowded day since the pool was so full of camp groups. She refused and simply said, "Share the pool." We were disappointed by both the response and the lack of willingness to offer any accommodation, especially given the circumstances. We weren't asking for our money back. We were simply asking for a pass to come back another day since the pool was overcrowded. There were so many kids and only about two counselors supervising. As an adult, I honestly didn't even want to get in the pool because there was no space and no chance to actually relax. Like I said, there was no adult time or opportunity to enjoy the pool the way we expected.

Two of owners pushed the third owner out. They have lied to manipulate the situation. There is January 2018 documented report made by a 3rd party company stating that the pool was closed improperly in the fall of 2017. We had a freezing winter. Pool inspection and/or work should have started earlier with this knowledge. Instead being responsible people admit their mistakes, they chose to tell customers a nonsense story about the pool being vandalized. Regardless, I see no offers or discounts because of the shorter season. AND I don't enjoy going to a place where the Galloway Police are being called to often. They are NOT the kind of people I would patron.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My kids worked with two different swim coaches who were quickly able to determine what skills my kids had already mastered and hone in on which skills they are ready to start working on. I was very impressed with the fact that they were in the pool for the full 30 minutes of their lesson, unlike other swim schools we've been to in the past. I'm beyond thrilled that this new business has opened in our area!
