I never feel like he is trying to sell me something. He genuinely cares about my dog, follows up with her case regularly, and provides all the information I need to make an informed decision that is right for me and my pet. He is such a nice person, very patient, and is GREAT at handling animals to reduce stress and make them as comfortable as possible. You can tell he really loves and understands animals. I always feel like I am being treated with respect and kindness, and so is my pet. The staff is excellent, the facility is beautiful and clean, and they have some really interesting treatment tools, such as therapy laser, that have been very useful in my aging dog's health care.
