Dr. Foote was amazing at helping us treat her and make sure she had the highest quality of life until the end. She checked in to see how our cat was doing even while she was out of the office. When we brought home a new dog, the whole staff did everything to make an unexpected ER trip a good experience for her. They truly make you feel like your critters are part of their family. We purchase flea/tick, heart-worm, and have previously gotten steroids from Fletcher Animal Hospital and I have never felt like I was being overcharged for a product or a service. I never feel like he is trying to sell me something. He genuinely cares about my dog, follows up with her case regularly, and provides all the information I need to make an informed decision that is right for me and my pet. He is such a nice person, very patient, and is GREAT at handling animals to reduce stress and make them as comfortable as possible. You can tell he really loves and understands animals. I always feel like I am being treated with respect and kindness, and so is my pet. I balled my eyes out after getting off the phone with her.
