Hired Bright View to clean the windows at our church, after 2 years of "abuse". Hard water stains, paint sprayer dots, dirt build up. Plus the upper reaches (30 feet up) in our sanctuary from candle smoke buildup (see photo). Plus the cleaned all the screens too. We could literally see the difference before and after. Worked with Angel to quote out Gutter Cleaning/Flush, Window Exterior/Interior Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning. Angel was super responsive and patient with all our questions in terms of better understanding the cost associated to each ask + scope of work included in the cost. He was also very accomodating in landing a cleaning/scope of work schedule. We opted for Gutter Cleaning now (due to current rainy season) and Window/Solar Panel Cleaning for later (after rainy season ends). On the day of Gutter Cleaning, Edwin is the person that helped us. And what a pleasure it was to have him! He arrived on time, took the time to evaluate our gutters, heard me out in terms of what our areas of focus/concerns were, got to work and cleaned up well! We live in an Eichler house, which has lots of windows to clean, and every time we think we have a regular window cleaning service, they either go out of business or tell us they don't service our area anymore. I looked up services on Yelp and called Bright and they were immediately responsive and gave us an appointment for the following week. Edwin showed up right on time, did a great job of cleaning the interior and exterior of our windows, at a very reasonable price. We contacted the company to get a quote for holiday light installation on our home. From the very beginning, communication with Angel was awesome! He explained everything really well and was very helpful with letting my husband and I know what lights to use. Upon arrival, he and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install the lights along our roof. They made sure that the bulbs were straight and aligned, and even set up a timer for when the lights would turn on and turn off. They completed the job in a little less than 2 hours. We love how the process was simple and that they will come back to remove the lights after the holidays. Angel from Bright View made a convenient appointment within the week of my call. He showed up on time and surveyed the project quickly asking if it would be more convenient to start in-side or out? He was very diligent and patient with the cleaning of our battened (in and out) windows which make the job harder, also with not a word of complaint. He was very careful with the wood finished windows and trim as well. Also all of the screens were removed and hand washed. Thrilled with the results,! Our house is an old Victorian, so the second story is abnormally high but turned out to not be a problem. Also our yard is fully landscaped, a bit of an urban jungle, and he was very careful when setting up ladders and moving around the yard.
