Edwin showed up right on time, did a great job of cleaning the interior and exterior of our windows, at a very reasonable price. We contacted the company to get a quote for holiday light installation on our home. From the very beginning, communication with Angel was awesome! He explained everything really well and was very helpful with letting my husband and I know what lights to use. Upon arrival, he and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install the lights along our roof. They made sure that the bulbs were straight and aligned, and even set up a timer for when the lights would turn on and turn off. They completed the job in a little less than 2 hours. We love how the process was simple and that they will come back to remove the lights after the holidays. Angel from Bright View made a convenient appointment within the week of my call. He showed up on time and surveyed the project quickly asking if it would be more convenient to start in-side or out? He was very diligent and patient with the cleaning of our battened (in and out) windows which make the job harder, also with not a word of complaint. He was very careful with the wood finished windows and trim as well. Also all of the screens were removed and hand washed. Thrilled with the results,! Our house is an old Victorian, so the second story is abnormally high but turned out to not be a problem. Also our yard is fully landscaped, a bit of an urban jungle, and he was very careful when setting up ladders and moving around the yard. Edwin recently cleaned the solar panels and gutters for my house in Hayward. He used a professional water purification system to first filter the tap water before using the ultra-clean water to clean the solar panels. The solar panels were left looking spotless. I found them through google (not a knock on the door) I had Eric and his assistant come over and take care of my three-story home with lots of windows. They did an excellent job and were very thorough making sure that everything looked as it should. He had no issues repeating the cleaning in areas where it didn't come out the first time. They were both very professional and courteous. Pricing was a bit high compared to my other service provider and considering that they were a new company I was a bit skeptic but willing to give them a chance.
