While he was on the roof, I asked him to check the gutters since I have never cleaned them before. He showed me pictures of the debris so I asked him to do that while he was here. Side note about solar cleaning, I didn't think I needed to clean my solar panels, but I saw the output drop on the monitoring app, especially after the California wildfires. Effrain is my guy to go now for all my solar panel cleaning needs. I have 24 panels and he does not charge per panel. If you have only a few, then maybe you can go with those who charges you per panel. At only a fair flat rate, he washed my entire solar panel. He also noticed my broken roof tiles and offered to mend them at another low price. I don't think any others would do it at his price. So I just let him fix my tiles. I recommended him to my neighbors who did roof repair and gutter cleaning as well. Everyone said that his price is very fair. He is prompt, he shows up at the time he said he would and I didn't have to wait at all. This review is way over due. I had my panels cleaned last Oct and I asked him to come back again this March to repair the tiles. And if you are wondering whether a good cleaning would increase the solar production, yes it does. My app showed me that the day before cleaning and the day after cleaning, the increase was about a 20%. The weather /sun was about the same, so I believe it was due to the cleaning. read more

Efrain is the bomb!! Gave me the most reasonable quote for windows and came through. I have about 34 windows and paid under $300 for his service! Other quotes began at $330 up to $400 plus, so I thought, "Why not?" He showed up early (7:30 a.m.) and quietly moved around the house, outside first. He had a female assistant who washed the screens and spotted him on the ladder- Once he finished the outside, he entered and resumed cleaning the inside windows & tracks. It took him about 5.5 hours to complete the job and my windows sparkled. My view is a lot brighter now- really!!! If you need your windows done, I highly recommend Efrain.
