I used them to clear a clogged downspout and clean the gutters. The communication was quick, and the quote was detailed. The processing fee was not mentioned when I asked about credit cards, so seeing it on the invoice was a bit of a surprise. It would have been nice if that had been noted in the reply, but it was not totally unexpected. Jason arrived close enough to the scheduled time that it wasn't bothersome. He was professional, gave me an estimate of how much time it would take, and then got to work. He finished around when he estimated, and showed me what was clogging the downspout. I had requested a power wash of my Calpac roof, but Marco let me know that power washing could damage my roof and steered me toward a "soft wash" as a more appropriate solution for my roof type, even though he didn't offer this service. I really appreciate his honesty and advice, as another power wash company gave me a quote despite it having the potential for damage. I do plan to go back to Supreme for gutter cleaning in the future as well as power wash needs I may have going forward (fence, driveway, etc). I need a gutter cleaning desperately (there were PLANTS growing in the gutters visible from the ground), and I requested a quote from Yelp companies. Several service providers offered estimates, and I went with Supreme which was both the most economical and could schedule quickly. Jason was incredible. He came early and cleaned the gutters. Said it was one of the worst he had seen. He even sent before and after photos which showed my "rooftop garden" of plants up there. I asked him to add-on the cost to clean the gutter on the detached garage, but he did it for free. He also cleaned up everything and left the house very tidy. I will hire them again to do my walkway. I requested a gutter cleaning and exterior window wash. I got a competitive quote in a few minutes and was told someone could come the next day. Jason turned up next morning right on time. Jason followed up after my initial review and was much more responsive. I'm sure I caught him and his partner on an off-day, given it was a Saturday and a last second request, so they probably were just trying to finish the job as soon as they could and get their Saturday back. He came the next day to finish the front windows, as he was able to get the cleaner necessary to remove the hard minerals that were coated on the window...but when it was clear it would take awhile and he'd be late for his dinner date, I said he could just come out later in the week as it would benefit me as well right before the party.... He came back out Wednesday and did a really great job. He also left us some of the leftover cleaner in the bottle. They did a great job in gutter cleaning , cleaning downspouts and rinsing the gutters. Few downspouts were clogged and they unclogged it. They do solar panels, roof cleaning and windows too. Supreme did a great job of cleaning our gutters. I was able to schedule the appointment via Yelp messaging. The technician worked for almost 2 hours to clean everything. He didn't just clean the gutters. He also unclogged the downspouts, removed moss from the roof, and he found out how the gutters drain to the street and he unclogged that too. After everything was cleaned and unclogged he demonstrated water flowing from a hose on the roof, through the gutters, to the drains near the street. At the end, he walked around and picked up all the junk that fell off the roof. Really professional and hard working. read more

I was delighted that Marco responded quickly to my Yelp messages, but no one ever arrived for our first appointment. I was never contacted to be told there was a delay or a cancellation. Four hours later, I reached out to them to ask what was happening, and they told me they were delayed from a previous job and asked for my availability for the next day. Jason came the next day to give an estimate/diagnosis, and he came again the day after that to fix the problem. He was professional and polite; he texted me when he discovered he would be arriving late. He solved a difficult problem and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed.
