Hired Gerardo and team last month to clean my solar panels, gutters, and install pigeon proofing mesh around my panels. He did such a great job, I brought him on to clean the 30+ double pane windows on my mom's 3-story house. These windows have NEVER been cleaned in almost 40 years. They removed one pane from each to access both windows and cleaned the outside via ladder. They removed all the screens and washed them down and also cleaned the window channels. They did an amazing job, leaving us with truly streak-free windows! The difference was stunning given the age of these windows. They arrived on time @ 8am and he and his team of 2 were done a little past 4:30p. They did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable given the number of windows and the fact that this was a 3-story house. I have him coming back next week to repair and replace all old and damaged screens. read more

I was quoted $275.00 to clean my gutters on a 2-story house in Aptos. They were supposed to arrive at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 1. They arrived (2 fellows) at 12:36p-m and were done at 1:10. About 1/2 hour's work. I had to get one of them to do a better job of cleaning after knocking off the dirt from the gutters on one side of the house. I appreciate that prices have risen but $275.00 for 1/2 hour's work is outrageous. Shop around for a good job at a reasonable price and skip Clearview. Had it taken 1 hour I could have accepted the above price but for 1/2 hour it is exorbitant. Did they do a good job in that time? Who knows? 21/2 stars is the best I can do for that price.
