He came a few days later and reviewed the jobs, finalized the quote, and we scheduled the work which included trouble shooting garage lighting issues and installing 6 new fixtures in the garage; installing 5 new overhead light fixtures in the house including a entryway chandelier; replacing an outdoor outlet and security light; installing several inside dimmer switches; and adding a 50Amp breaker, 240v, NEMA 14-50 outlet for my EV car charger. I posted through Yelp looking for someone to install an outlet to replace a range in my kitchen. I had a few people reach out, and I reached outside of Yelp as well (which was a failure) - but Jason hit me up right away, had a scheduled time ready to come over and check out what I needed. I *assumed* it'd be a quick once over of the project, an estimate, and I'd continue my hunt when I don't get a call back. Instead, he was ready to go when he showed up - he saw the work that needed done, gave me an estimate for time + parts and hammered it out FAST (including running out to pick up a couple parts). So before he left, I had one OTHER immediate electrical project I needed - I attempted to fix my ceiling fan light and it no longer worked - he found it was a faulty socket (something I didn't know to check!) and tightened my wire work, and had it hammered out as well! Plain and simple - Jason was in and out, and knocked two items that have been weighing on me since the new year. I was supplied with 4 options, I called and left messages for each of the suggested companies. When the return calls started to come in I "being in customer service" paid close attention to how I was being treated and how I felt about the person talking to me. I decided to go with Buckeye Home Inspections. I was spoken to in a professional manner and they went out of their way to meet my needs schedule wise. Curtis was our inspector and I was BLOWN away with how detail oriented he was and how willing he was to explain every detail as well as answer any question we had. The company and Curtis are simply amazing. 30 days after the inspection we happen to be in a situation with the seller and I needed more to go on from the inspection day. I called on a Sunday thinking I would get the office voicemail, I did get voicemail but within 30 min Curtis called me back.. I was blown away since it was a Sunday. I explained I needed all pictures of a specific part of the inspection and I told him I was not expecting him to give up his weekend for this.. 30 minutes later the pictures were in my inbox.. Early in my customer service career "I am now 42" I held a position overseeing 16 people.
