This gym is absolutely a joke. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a bunch of teenagers on…read moretheir phones, obviously not paying attention. I stood at the front desk for a good 15 minutes before finally getting someone's attention. The young girl there had no idea how to set up my membership, I was being patient but it started to get irritating. She finally asked for help from another TEENAGER who surprisingly actually knew what she was doing. I've been working out there know for a few months and there have been many workers in and out, only a few seemed to know what they were doing, cared, and actually pay attention. There needs to be a intelligent adult to help these kids out, it is pathetic. Also, some of the machines are broken frequently and take days/weeks to get fixed. Another thing is that it's always so HOT in there which makes working out 1000x harder are unenjoyable. PLANET FITNESS HERE I COME!!!!!!

I ended up trying to get in touch with upper management about the situation and one of the managers Chad had the audacity to hang up on me. Do they even follow health codes?? I then tried the one on Bowman road and noticed the A/C was not working. I asked some other members and they said it has been down for months. Do they even follow the Health Club Regulations?? I would not recommend this gym to anybody.

His classes are always fun, challenging, and welcoming. He greets everyone with a smile and always has a fist bump and a word of encouragement ready when you need it! Coach Mike puts a lot of thought into planning great workouts, and he does an excellent job of making sure everyone feels supported throughout class. He checks in regularly to see how you're doing, remembers individual injuries or limitations, and offers modifications so everyone can participate safely and successfully. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people in his classes, and that positive energy makes a huge difference. He's one of the best trainers I've worked with, and he's a big reason I look forward to coming to the gym!
