Nice gym, some of there stuff is old but it is all well kept. Have locker rooms with 2 showers and overnight lockers. Good place! read more

GREAT STAFF, GREAT PRICE, AND LOTS OF EQUIPMENT. I am a new member of this gym for about 2-3 weeks now and I really enjoy this gym. The staff is very nice and personable and they have a variety of equipment. Coming from an apartment gym that only had one squat rack to having 4 is amazing! I really like the fact that it caters to all gym goers. They have plenty of equipment, you will not be lost on finding something to do. The showers and bathrooms are always clean. They also provide child care and they have tanning beds if that is something you are interested in. I would drive far and wide to come to this gym, It is the best I have been to by far. read more

the staff is nice and helpful, open 24 hrs with membership, normally privet, members are realy nice, and just overall a great environment, i think everything you could need in a gym, plenty of equipment and always have a great time going. been going to xteam for almost a year and it has always been my favorite place and keeps growing on me, affordable price to. would recommend for anyone just wanting to put in the work and get results, plus a good starter gyms for anyone newly starting theer journey. ive brought 3 friends to this gym and they loved it and got memberships. read more

Used their gym while I was traveling through Macon. If you like free weight training, it'll meet your needs. Numerous squat racks, most were Rogue which is great, plenty of benches, good accessory machine selection, had the cardio set up. Even had chalk buckets, which I appreciated as it was hot as heck outside and still pretty humid inside. Met the owner who, seemed like a nice guy. Overall, definitely use if you're traveling through and need to get your squats or deadlifts in. If I lived in the area, it had everything I look for in a gym, so I could see myself as a member. read more

I worked out here today on a free pass and I enjoyed it a lot. The workout equipment is not super modern but I prefer the older actual weights versus all of the fancy newer rubber weights and fufu type gym anyway. Everyone was focused on their workouts rather than chatting it up and staring or just sitting around on their phones. I'm seriously considering joining this gym if I end up moving here. I just started as a member here recently. I really enjoy it. It's been several years since I've been in a gym and I came from a gym my mom was a manager at since I was a kid so it was the only other gym I knew. So in comparison fitness xtreme is pretty great. They just got all new equipment and a very large variety of machines, free weights, treadmills, and bikes. They have a cross fit room too which is cool. The best part about it is they have a 24 hour access pass so even if you can't make it there until after their staffed hours you can still work out, which is great if you have a weird work schedule. The staff that I've met is friendly and helpful and the other members are never rude. I've not noticed it very crowded ever but maybe because they have 24 hours people don't jam in to get there before they close. They place is always pretty tidy and always has what you need around. read more

I was a member at this gym for one year. The staff is great! It's a family run business and the owners are there often; really nice people. The gym itself it terrible. The equipment is not up to par, the walls are dirty, and the restrooms smell terrible. This place just looks used and abused and is in dire need of remodeling. The price is really cheap and that's what attracted me here. This is definitely a scenario where you get what you pay for. I have started a new membership with a new gym and while I do pay slightly more it is SOOO worth it. read more

Very disappointing. The location was right around the corner from where we lived, so even though it wasn't the nicest place it was convenient. My husband is military so when the staff told me i could cancel anytime with military orders, i though it would be a good fit. Well 6 months later my husband was moved to Florida. I took his orders into the club and the staff said it would be closed out immediately. I called back 2 weeks later and the staff reassured me it was taken care of......... 2 years later i pull my credit report and find i am in collections for $685.00 for a gym membership with Fitness extreme. I figure their has to be a mistake so i call Fitness Extreme. I spoke with the "manager" and he told me i should have paid my bills and hangs up on me. This business was beyond terrible. read more

I stopped in to work out while travelling. Day pass rates are typical for this type gym. Nothing fancy, several power racks, flat and incline and decline benches. They provided chalk. Equipment was fine, some of the bars were bent but thats not the gym's fault. Only complaint is the website advertises a bunch of bumper plates, but all i saw was iron plates. Locker/restrooms were clean, gentleman at the front desk was friendly. I would stop in again if im in the area. read more
