From the quality of care to the compassion shown by every staff member, I had nothing but positive interactions throughout my stay. RN Jaime truly stands out. She is incredibly professional, compassionate, and absolutely amazing at patient care. Jaime always maintained a positive attitude and had a wonderful ability to joke and have fun while still being exceptional at her job. She made both patients and families feel genuinely seen and heard. She took the time to get to know me, advocated for my needs, and was an incredible support during the life-changing process of a new amputation--helping me figure out how to begin getting back to daily tasks with confidence and encouragement. RN Tori, even while still being new, was a tremendous help--especially during a snowstorm. Despite challenging circumstances, she remained positive, supportive, and dependable, which made a huge difference during my stay. Anthony, the med tech, was always on time and consistently willing to take a moment to talk and connect. He is incredibly personable with a very kind heart, and his genuine care never went unnoticed. In the kitchen, Karen and Vannah were always helpful and willing to make sure I received the diet I needed--along with a little extra when I needed it. Their kindness and attentiveness made meals something I could truly count on and appreciate. The PT team, Angie and Mandy, did an amazing job making sure I was strong enough, confident, and comfortable before being discharged. Their encouragement, patience, and dedication played a huge role in my progress and recovery. Kayla, part of the admin team, was always on top of everything. She made sure all appointments were scheduled and that transportation was available when needed. Her personality is amazing, and she excels at what she does. She truly treats you like family--whether it's with a silly joke now and then or simply stopping in to say hello. Chelsea, the GM, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of before discharge. Her leadership, compassion, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during such an important transition. And finally, Rhonda, the front desk clerk--also known as my favorite barista--was an incredible source of positivity. She made sure anything my family or I needed was handled quickly, and if something wasn't right, she ensured it was fixed within minutes. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my overall experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Ignite Medical Rehab. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services. The care, kindness, and professionalism here made all the difference. -Ron

My partner/boyfriend had been to ignite before the hospital recommended him to go to a rehab…read morefacility to complete his I.V. antibiotics for a month. he really, really liked his stay there he said he'd recommend it to anyone. Recently he was hospitalized again with what we thought was cellulitis. So once again he was sent to Ignite to complete his I.V. antibiotics for 6 weeks. When they transported h8m from the hospital I arrived before he did seen they put him in a semi private room. Immediately I was also aware of his neighbor right next door hollering and moaning very loudly. I told the nurse at the desk that he was not going to be happy about a roommate and did he not know they considered him infectious (my boyfriend) the nurse responded well thats where they put him. But the next day I guess someone caught on that hevwas infectious moved his roommate out to a private room. Thebroommate was none to happy about them exposing him to an infectious person. So then they quarantined my boyfriend about a day late from exposing the whole place. He's in here trying to rest and heal still listening to the neighbor yelling and moaning. Supper is supposed to be served at 4:30 he received it at 7:00 last night only after calling the nurse to see where his supper was. He said he would not recommend Ignite again and wouldn't ever come back.

Acting as his niece/Advocate, the whole facility was willing to listen to me and tailor his recovery based on his daily needs. Antwone, the Administrator, has an open-door policy, which allowed me to get certain requests taken care of in a timely manner. Rebecca, the ADON, was also an advocate for my uncle and really listened to his requests. The facility rooms are spacious, the PT is excellent, and the boots-on-the-ground CNAs and LPNs were crucial in my uncle's recovery. As an advocate for my uncle's care, my biggest goal was to keep him clean and dry, provide adequate nutrition, manage pain levels, tweak medications when necessary, and keep him on a necessary shower schedule. These preventive measures brought an advanced level of healing. My uncle was then transferred to the VA for additional strengthening. Our experience at Medical Park West was positive and healing. Carol. What can I say about her? She seems to be there for the long haul. Carol is a patient…read more There is a running joke about her stealing everything that isn't nailed down. They gently steer her out of resident's rooms saying, "No shopping today, Carol!" This is an ongoing and never-ending occurrence. Carol is very mobile, and the staff is spread WAY too thinly to keep up with up with her constant theft. Many of the ladies have a baby doll or plush animal (provided by their families). That generally means Carol has MANY baby dolls or plush animals, and the proper owners have none. Once, Carol lost her own baby doll, and her family raised Holy Hell until it was found, but rumor has it that Carol's family takes and sells the extras that show up in Carol's room. There is at least one other "shopper" at MPW, but she/they have not impacted my family, that i know of. It isn't just dolls and stuffed animals that are taken. All kinds of personal items magically end up in other rooms. Clothing, blankets, quilts, jewelry, pillows, personal grooming items, special cups... anything you would gift someone to try and make them feel special, remembered, and at home. It is very frustrating.

They are kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the residents. From Carol in the dining area; the CNAs Zach, Ricky, Belking, Publeo, John, and Shay; the CMA Greg; the activity coordinator Kaylee; and nurse Zee--everyone works hard to provide my husband with high-quality care. The care here is far better than what he received at the two hospitals he stayed in previously. I deeply appreciate all that you do, especially knowing how challenging it is to care for residents who are in wheelchairs, nonverbal, and physically weak. You are truly angels to the residents, and your work means so much to many families. Thank you all.

I felt broken and dispirited when I arrived, but through the loving compassionate care of the staff I felt that much healing of my condition took place. What a positive nursing care group! The physical therapists were attentive, and the activities were made fun through good humor and social interaction with other patients. Long-term residents expressed to me that they have been happy staying at the facility. The Christmas party was well-attended and the petting zoo that visited was cool! I definitely recommend the Noble Health Care Center for healing through love and good care!
