A friend recommended Shannon. Shannon was a) very responsive. He visited us within three days, and gave us a quote on site; b) he did the job within a week; c) his price was reasonable. But what impressed me most about Shannon, was that he declined two other jobs - electrical in nature - that were beyond his skill set. Many others would have quoted and either tried to do it, or subbed it out. He politely told us that others could do it better and cheaper.

B E W A R E! After many red flags during my chimney liner install , (including the rudest…read moresupervisor I have ever come in contact with) I decided to hire a third-party just to make sure it was installed correctly and it was safe for use. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home. If you have used them I would urge you to have your own inspection done before continuing to use your fireplace.

I was impressed with his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to replace the deck instead of repairing it. When his team came our to do the work, they were polite, respectful and worked well as a team, completing the work in two days and doing a great job of cleaning up after the work was finished. I was also impressed that they used a technique that hid all screws which improved the look of the deck and make it easier to maintain in the future. It is my pleasure to recommend them. I also have to hand it to BJ who did the installations. We spread this project over 3 orders a couple weeks apart to take time figuring out what we needed. Each time, BJ was thorough, thoughtful, and fast. We have black windows throughout the house, which is new for us and made design selections a little trickier, but the results are outstanding. Wil and team went above and beyond to get the colors exactly right and ensure everything was measured and designed to spec for each window. There are way more decisions to make than you realize, so having someone knowledgeable to walk us through the options made all the difference. The results speak for themselves. I wish the photos did them justice! They're even better in person. We went with white 2-inch faux wood blinds (they look awesome with the black windows!), sheer black solar roller shades, and extra-large wood plantation shutters custom painted to match the window trim. They are stunning.

Christian and his team did an amazing job repairing my front porch columns that were rotten and in…read moreneed of painting. They also fixed my front door and reconfigured the locks and the framing. Then, they sanded down the metal framing of my garage and painted it along with the columns. He suggested adding a cover to the top of the columns to keep water and small critters from perching inside. He did all of the repairs for a very reasonable price got the work done when promised and supplied all the materials even let me keep the paint. I have already discussed with Christian getting more work done and look forward to hI'm sending me a quote.
