I live about 10 miles away so instead of driving back I watched an online video on how to reinstall it. If there mechanic didn't know how to do it he should find out and not try to hide the repair. He could not tell me the person he was picking up because they don't get a name but yet they took the credit card if you don't get a name how are you supposed to know picking up the correct person at the airport? I know when they picked us up. and after talking to the person on the phone, he was lost for words when I started drilling him about business procedure kind of gave me the impression that he was lying and he was pissed off. He got caught, but I know when I was service and was picked up at the airport, I was asked for the confirmation number and my name. so why is it that he cannot give me this information on who made the reservation? hmmm sounds a little fishy to me.
