I just finished a four hour birthday pub crawl in the Winter Park area. We met at Cask & Larder then went to ABC to do some champagne shopping, Ravenous Pig for lunch, Hillstone to drink on the lawn, Cocina 214 for a margarita and ended again at Cask Larder. Our diver was very courteous and accommodating during the entire ride. And when I was initially searching for limo service, they offered the best rate: $350 for 4 hours, everything included. However, the driver was late showing up at our starting point. I had called the company at 12:03 pm (I checked my phone log) to inquire where the limo was because I was in the parking lot of Cask & Larder and there was no limo there. The manager said the driver was on his way but that there was a lot of traffic in the area and so he was a few minutes behind. I responded no big deal, totally understood since I was in the same traffic coming all the way from Avalon Park. When the limo arrived, we settled the paper work and I signed the contract. We took a photo in front of the limo and then got in. Then at at 12:10 pm, a friend of mine texted from her phone, "yay amazing!" to our group text to confirm that we were in the limo and moving to our next location. I call out these time stamps because they come into play later. Anyways, after all that, the limo was approximately 10 minutes late which I didn't make a big deal about. Who would, right? Fast forward to the end of our trip and at exactly 4 pm we pulled back up at Cask & Larder. We had stuck to the original scheduled during the day. In the limo, we still had a few sips of champagne to relish and, in my mind, at least 10 more minutes to hang out in the limo since the driver had initially showed up 10 minutes late. The driver proceeded to show us his iPhone through the partition that it was 4:00 pm and that it was time to get out. When I reminded him that he was a few minutes late, he told us that he would give us until 4:03 pm... Not the best way to treat your customers at the end if a trip. How you end a date is probably the most important! Of course, my party and I started gathering our things to leave the limo. It's not that we wanted to squat in the limo for any longer than we paid but we did want to enjoy the ending! As we got out, he opened the trunk to get our things out and then drove off. We didn't even get a group shot at the end with the limo. I ended up calling the manager immediately afterwards to express how displeased I was with how it ended and I also noted how we were rushed out. I didn't leave out the fact that we had a great time. I just didn't appreciate how it ended. The manager told me, well we do track our limos by GPS and he showed up at 12:03 pm (clearly not true according to my ATT phone log) and he does have other reservations he needs to show up for... His response just had the wrong tone which made me irate enough to write this review while sitting at Cask & Larder! Buyer beware of a late limo driver and just know that this company is by the minute! Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and the service was good for the price. read more

As a reward for a job well done our manager reserved Orlando Limo Ride to take our party of 9 to Texas DeBrazil from the East Orlando area. From beginning to end this company was very professional, called in advance to confirm, arrived promptly and we were quickly and safely transported to and from our destination. They gave us the most affordable quote but we did not feel like "bargain" shoppers at all and in fact felt as we were treated VIP. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

To celebrate a friends 30th birthday we rented a limo to take us around town. The driver arrived early and had a sign with my name on it (misspelled but no big deal). When I told the driver we would be putting our alcohol in it he said "I need to make a call to confirm you can drink. I didn't think you were allowed". I said, " Yes please do call because this was a specific topic I called about having read the other reviews before deciding on this company" (and to be candid, for $530 I would expect to do as I please). Having received confirmation from the company he said we could drink in the car (but not eat, which was fine as we had never asked to eat in the car anyway). This was particularly frustrating as I would have preferred this matter have been communicated in advance to the driver. There was also no ice in the limo for our drinks, so we had the driver stop at a store while I went in and paid for $10 worth of ice. A little frustrating again as I would have thought that would have been taken care of. Positives: the driver was friendly and always opened the door for us when we arrived anywhere. He was also very quick to come pick us up when we were ready (we were bar hopping). The inside of the limo was nice and clean and looked as advertised. Negatives: His driving could have been a lot smoother. He also never put up the partition, he said it was "broken", but I don't think that was true. I think that's the fault of the company. If it was broken then it should have been fixed. If it's the policy to keep it down, then that policy needs to be changed. Would have been nice to have more privacy to talk about whatever tipsy people talk about without worrying about offending someone. The outside of the car was not particularly shiny. read more

Driver was late. Clearly didn't give a crap if we had a good experience or not. Imagine the worst cab ride in New York you have ever had. This experience was worse. When we complained to management, they essentially said "tough crap" and only tried to hurry us off the phone. BUYER BEWARE. You're better off getting an uber or three than going with these guys. Their service was great! We had them take our family in a stretch limo to Universal Studios, a cruise in Port Canaveral, and DisneyWorld. The cars were in great shape and were very clean. The driver was very professional and even took us to a store to grab some things without any complaint or extra charges. I also liked that the cost was all-inclusive. No need to worry about tolls and tips, or any other hidden charges. The only negative was that they were a bit late picking us up each time. (it kind of diminished the surprise at the airport when they weren't standing there to greet us). Some of these were out of their control - due to an accident, but others weren't. Bottom line - we were well taken care of and I would use them again. read more

This Company has NO business being in the Service Industry! Absolutely horrible customer service. The Simply do NOT care about you. In fact I was told to "go ahead and leave a negative review, it would not matter in the least bit. I booked a Limo to pick up a group of women from a private home and transfer them to downtown Orlando and a return trip later that night. The driver showed up an hour early and when he was told they would probably be running a few minutes late, he sad that is fine, but when the scheduled transfer time came I received a call saying they must leave immediately. I understand that this was not a charter and the driver had other jobs that evening but typically companies extend at least a 15 min wait time as a courtesy. That was just the beginning. I confirmed a vehicle for 10 passengers when I made the reservation, but the limo barley fit 8. Thankfully 2 of the women could not make it, if they did they all would not have fit. The driver was not friendly and seamed put off by having to take the transfer. The women were told "not to touch anything, not even a napkin on the bar". Again I understand that there would be other customers in the vehicle later that evening, but how he addressed the women was rude and lacked any customer service. When he dropped them off, he did not give them a contact number for the return as I was told he would. One the return, the drive (completely different driver) refused to pick them up at a location a few blocks from where he was waiting and made the women walk to him. He greeted them with and empty cooler and stated it was for "if they needed to throw up" and also :not to touch anything" It is my opinion that the drivers lacked basic professionalism that is to be expected in the service industry. Since we made the reservation, my wife was embarrassed and humiliated by how the group was treated.. We paid $360 for a total of 40 mins. in a Limo. I understand that may not be a lot of money to this business and we certainly were not there most important clients, but it IS a lot of money to us, it WAs an important night for the women and they deserve to be treated like VIPs. We choose to hire a Limo because of the importance of the night. A Limo ride is supposed to be extravagant and the service should be impeccable. I could have easily booked 2 XL Uber cars, paid a heck of a lot less, had a newer vehicle and better customer service. I emailed my complains to the company and their response was the entirely wrong way to handle a customer complaint. The representative called me to discuss my complaint, but instead of offering any type of apology or even empathy he came up with a rebuttal for every point of my complaint. When I tried to put my wife on the phone with him (because she experienced it first hand) he did not want to speak with her. Once she did get on the phone, he ignored any point she made and continually went back to the fact that they were not ready on time. Like that would justify the way they were treated. He also told her "it was their policy to greet Bachelorette groups with a cooler to thow up in". How embarrassing! After their conversation ended I got back on the phone with the man and he complained that my wife was "too emotional" and she "needed to calm down". He said "that is why he did not want to speak to her. that this business is better handled between rational men". What a sexist pig! I then ask if he was going to offer a resolution to my complaint. He offered 20% off if I booked a Limo for the wedding! Are you kidding?! I would never subject anyone I know to this type of treatment. If I could give no stars I would. Yesterday was my friends birthday. Her husband got us (4 professional women) a limo at 7am. He was to take us to the Grand Floridian for a spa day, then the service was going to pick us up and bring us back. The driver was on time and the limo was very nice. However, that is where the good part ends. He was very unfriendly, and as soon as we approached him, he told us we were not allowed to have food in the limo. We had champagne that we wanted to put strawberries in, and he wouldn't let us have them. Then told us we couldn't use their glasses, and that we had to bring our own. Once in the limo, he told us we couldn't use the napkins either, because they were for his next client. We are all very uncomfortable with this guy, and ask him to put up the partition. He refuses. So, we get on 417, and he keeps watching us while he is driving. There was traffic, and he was more interested in making sure we weren't breaking his rules, that he almost crashed. He slammed the brakes so hard that I flew through the limo from the back all the way to the front, and two of the other women did as well. I have scrapes all over my arm and stomach, bruised shoulder, and hurt neck. As you can imagine, the champagne spilled everywhere, including through the precious partition that wasn't closed . . . He doesn't even ask if we are ok, and just throws us a roll of paper towels. All 4 of us are hurt, soaking wet, and shaken. We get to the hotel, and can't get out of the limo fast enough. My friends husband gets a message from the owner that we trashed the limo, and they had to cancel the next client to get the limo detailed. He calls and tells the owner what happened and that the spill was due to a sudden stop on the driver's part. The driver told him we were lying, and "you should be more logical, you are a man. you should understand what they are trying to say" We have all ridden in many limos in our time. I have NEVER experienced something so awful. I have never been thrown around in a limo, then told I lied about it. the owner didn't believe us, but he did refund the money to my friend. we cancelled the return ride and took uber home.
