I only found out because I saw (via email) she switched my appointment type after the fact. While she did spend a lot of time on my knots, it's not what I asked for and not what I agreed to pay for. $10 isn't that big of a deal, but the sneakiness was off-putting. Additionally, she would pause and hold positions for 1-2 minutes. These were not nice positions that benefited me - one position she held 3 times was just putting her hands under my neck. Didn't even flex her fingers or anything - I think she may have thought I was asleep? Some aspects of the massage were good, and I was planning on giving her 3.5 stars prior to finding out about her charging me more without telling me, but I don't like people that try to take advantage of others. I tried reaching out twice to see if there was any chance the extra charge was an accident, but I've been ghosted. Look elsewhere - there are plenty of other options.

It was a bit aggressive but very good, finishing off with a hot moist towel applied to the neck and a little down the back under our shirts. I really liked it all however my friend found it too rough. There are "beds" as well for a more all over massage. I felt the effects for a couple weeks after. Pricing ends up a being about a dollar a minute. My friend and I have already made plans to make this a monthly visit.

It is rare to find a therapist that is not only well versed in multiple styles of massage, but is also an expert in finding the right balance and style that works the best for your comfort and well-being. Celeste is a very talented massage therapist and my massage from her was one of the best I've ever had. I can't recommend her enough. With that said, and this will be the odd part of my review, I have to admit I had one of the worst "massages" ever. I went for the cranial sacral drainage massage (I think that what it was called) and it was the worst $80 I ever spent. There was something off the moment I met the person who performed this service. She was actually rather condescending to me in her attitude and didn't even explain anything to me about this type of "massage", even though I told her this is my first time doing this and I am not familiar with it. I can't even call it massage, but it felt more like torture. I was told to lie down on the table, and then she held my head suspended with her fingertips for an excruciatingly long time. Not 5, not 10, but I'd say a good 20 minutes my head was suspended like this and it was making me nauseous. Finally, I had to say this was too painful and making me feel sick. She put a pillow under my head, and then sat there for over 5 minutes not doing anything. So already 25 mins of my hour massage were gone and it didn't get better after that. From that point on, she squeezed my head very hard and finally I was at the point of irritation and asked if there was going to be any "massage". She got defensive and said, "don't you know anything about this type of massage?" and I said, "No, I already told you I didn't" and even then she didn't explain what she was doing, but instead I should research it myself because there's "tons of information out there". I wish right at that point I would have just got up and left. The very last 5 minutes, she gave me a few shoulder squeezes and rubbed my face a bit, but I still to this day have no idea what I was supposed to get out of that. Instead I went home and grabbed my migraine medicine because I could feel one coming on after that. I seriously think she was literally just messing with my head. (ha) This happened a while ago and I've been waiting to see if that woman is still there. I'm thinking she's not because I don't see that service offered anymore. So, despite that miserable experience, I still give this place 4 stars because of Celeste and I'm sure her other team members are talented as well. Thank you.

This business should not be on Groupon if there are not any therapist available. My husband's bday surprise was ruined. The lady was very accommodating to my request and offered to see me me that same day! There was no pressure or up sells whatsoever for a very reasonable price. You don't have to pay extra for a membership fee like other massage chains. This ended up being the one of the best massages I've ever had! I've been to so many massage places and now finally found a good place. This location was super clean and peaceful place tucked behind a law office.
