I wish the prices were a bit more transparent online, because it still ended up being pretty pricey. I added a charm on mine which was an additional $40 which I thought was outrageous but I went ahead and did it cause I was getting bracelets with my friends and figured it was just a one time thing. The shop was cute, and the owner was really nice but I will be looking for a less expensive spot for permanent jewelry next time. One spot on my bracelet was fused a little wonky so it doesn't lay properly (I wish I would have noticed right away so I could tell the lady immediately.) I can't go back and have her fix it cause I live out of town. Not to mention the two spots where it was fused are black.. very disappointing considering I paid $110 for my bracelet. I also wanted to mention that I have very sensitive skin so need things to be gold plated or gold filled at the very least, which is why I couldn't consider the sterling silver or cheaper options. Even tho I opted for the more expensive gold filled chain, I noticed my skin feeling a little irritated here and there.

I was embarrassed and worried, I thought about going to the fire station since that is where it was recommended to get it removed at no charge. From the minute I interacted with them they were friendly, informative, and compassionate. Their uplifting attitude and helpful tips have me leaving feeling more comfortable and confident it was going to be okay. I am so glad I did not get it removed elsewhere! They told me to come back to get it sized when I was ready and a good time frame to do so. I am so pleased with the service I will be going back 100% for all my jewelry needs.

At this Maurices off Eagle by Kohls I finally had to walk across store to clerk folding things to ask a question, she sees me coming an LOOKED down. What!? She was disseveled and I didn't even realize the other staff was an employee till I saw her folding things (also ignored us). Both looked like they'd rolled into work after a bender. My daughter had a gift card after her birthday and was looking forward to getting a new outfit. This experience really brought down the fun of that and we left feeling deflated.
