They offered me 23% of the appraisal value on a brand new ring and didn't even care to check the GIA report or the appraisal value in the first place. Since I can't reply, I'll do it here. Again, you guys didn't even bother to take a look at the appraisal value of the ring or GIA report. You offered $600 on a $2620 ring. I didn't need a spectacular offer and I never said that I wanted it bought for a specific price, so I don't know what you're talking about. Recently purchased a 1.43 ct diamond in November 2023. We were charged $2,900.00. We were significantly overcharged. I found out on the diamond forums, on line, that lab diamonds are currently selling for $700.00 -$1,200.00. Same IGL certified, same quality. We went into a high end jewelry store in a neighboring town and found a higher quality GIA certified lab stone for $1,000. We immediately purchased it. Fantastic experience! My wife's custom wedding ring needed some repairs. She's very active with it on, which had caused it to be bent and cracked. We met with Steven and had a consultation about our options. He ended up making the repairs, which were very affordable. I inherited, from my Father, a nice golden ring that he wore all the time, before my Parents accident. I also kept my Mothers wedding ring, but Sara, at Hendrickson's, told me that they could make a new ring using the gold from my Fathers ring, and the diamonds from my Mothers ring. I took in a cheap ring that I liked, and asked if they could copy it. They did just that, and it turned out to be magnificent! I also saved quite a bit of money by having them use the gold and diamonds from the two rings. Now I have my parents memories with me at all times.
