Was told these people were great. Not so much. Can't get an appointment to deal with an infected tooth. Looking for someone else.

I have not been to a dentist in a few years and because I am elderly on Medicare that does not pay for dental work I met Dr Holm and he told me about his practice !​ I made an appointment and drove from Idaho Falls to their practice in Rigby Idaho ! What a very pleasant experience ! The whole entire staff from the front desk to the whole whole dental assistants couldn't have been more nice and respectful and very professional ! Absolutely floored by my experience here. I normally hate going to the dentist because they make me feel so bad about every little cavity and make me even more self conscious about my teeth then I already am. But Ben Dansie made me feel like an appreciated client and cared about my treatment plan and how I felt the entire time of the appointment. I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Dansie is a one of the good guys out there. Don't know how he always keeps that smile on, but he does, and he is friendly.
