All you see are the workers who come. And the doctor comes once a day and all he did was prescribe morphine. constantly! he said she was in pain. And because of all the morphine. We never got to say goodbye. Maybe that's the right thing I don't know. But you should know when you're making the decision. And that if you just take them home, you get a hospice worker. here you don't get anyone personal. That's really my only complaint. they were fine. The place was nice. a nice bed for my mom. I had a pretty uncomfortable chair that pulled out into a bed but that's all right I guess. And it had a nice door going out into a porch.

The CNA that was sent was pleasant, but committed 2 dangerous medication errors that made my mother quite sick. The CNA later admitted that she was confused by the medications, but chose not to ask for clarification. When this was called to the attention of the owner, he accused me of making false claims. He refused to take any responsibility or to talk to the caregiver to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and is a very dangerous way to conduct a home care business. There are many other home care options in the area that are reputable. Unfortunately after this process the ball is horribly dropped. My mom is sick and dying. My dad is a senior and thought my mom passed this morning from lack of breathing. He was wrong thankfully and again we are waiting for the nurse. It really doesn't matter what service you use unfortunately it all sucks. They mean well but maybe they have too many patients and can't handle the work load. Care is 100% vital to the patient and the family. I think both sides are saddened by the work ethics this company displays!
