I have a Home Health Care that comes to my home once a week to help me with chores around the house that I'm unable to do until I heal 100%, and she is so nice, I can talk to her very easily and also have a Nurse that comes once a week also to check my Vitals and makes sure I'm taking my Medication and offers suggestions for me. The Office Experience is excellent, anytime I need something, the phone is always answered in a timely manner and by a Staff Member who cares and listens to me. Please note that this company does NOT provide Home Health Care Services. They do provide Physical and Occupational therapy. We spent valuable time signing up and scheduling their therapists and didn't check the home health until later. So we cancelled their service and got another CMS Medicare rated company that did provide Home Health services. Now we have to wait a few more days for my Mom to start her therapy and Home Health Services.

They treat the patients like they are their family members.. I see it first hand with my own eyes all the time. I'm there a good 5 times a week and when I'm not, my aunts are. We all see how our families are treated here I can start with the smart, beautiful and caring Deanne who made everything quite easy for us with paperwork and made moving easy and still is always there making sure things run smoothly. Priscilla always around helping too. Next I must recognize the extremely kind and caring staff that are taking care of these very dependent people. The med techs are ALL SOOOOO smart and dependable and most of all very caring humans. No joke. They are on top of everything, Christine makes sure of it.
