She wanted to understand his temperament things like that. After which she said that she had two Care Givers on staff that would be a perfect fit for Dad. She was right! She brought Alcadia Valdez and Kendra Rose one at a time to talk with and get aquatinted with Dad before they started the actual service. They always came on time, everyday, with smiles on their faces and spring in their steps! The team of 3 helped us understand the things our Dad needed and they needed, to give him the best possible personal and professional care. Denise, Ali and Kendra always goes the extra mile and are always ready willing and able to go above and beyond. These are the little extra thing and we appreciate it. We throughly enjoy all the daily comments that Kendra and Ali leave on the Comfort Keeper client portal. As an RN, Denise is always there to give us the Nursing advice and consul that we need at a moments notice. She lent us a wheel char for Dad's apartment when he was recovering from his hospital stay. So helpful! Denise, Ali and Kendra will always text us a picture or drop us a text to let us know if there is a change in Dad's status or if there is some issue that we should look into. Later that…read moremonth, I did not believe we needed assistance from the Visiting Angels late in the evening, but that changed. One evening, Kathy fell and broke her arm right above her shoulder. She was seen in the emergency room and later she was admitted to a rehabilitation center for physical and occupational therapy. During her first night in the rehab center, she experienced severe delirium, and the staff asked whether I could return to sit with her, even though I had just left a few hours earlier. I called Visiting Angels at 7:00 p.m., and they arranged overnight support for her that same evening. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion gave me peace of mind during a extremely stressful time. Every caregiver they send is well-trained, respectful, and helpful, and the office staff is always pleasant, organized, and easy to reach. Since Kathy returned home , the scheduling has been reliable, the pricing has been reasonable, and the quality of care has been excellent. I am very grateful for the support Visiting Angels has provided to Kathy and our family, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable in-home care. Their employees are professional, trustworthy, reliable and they care deeply for my parents. My mother was hospitalized for end of life issues and she demanded that she be released to go home to be cared for by Her caregivers. She passed away peacefully in her home under the loving care of Senior Helpers. They knew exactly what to do. They brought on additional help at a moments notice. They educated our family on the death process and made my mother's transition very peaceful for all of us. From the office staff, the billing department, the scheduler, to the caregivers, this agency is a cut above the other agencies in the Stuart area. I highly recommend them!
