This place is ridiculous. They had initially gotten me a good quote for homeowners insurance, then when I got the renewal and received a better quote from another company I called to see why. They said they would look into it, had to speak with a new person as my contact was no longer there or not available, they were vague about it. Never heard back from the person and now I've been on hold and transferred around for 16 minutes! Go somewhere you can actually get ahold of the person you need to talk to! read more

I am at the point of renewing and reviewing and cannot find anyone to talk to at all. I called a few days ago and was left hanging. I wrote an e-mail to the three representatives whose names I have, to whom I have spoken before. I just called again and gave up after 10 minutes on hold while having to listen to commentary on how terrific they are. I tried to hit # to get a call back and that did not work. I went online to the 'chat' but 'there is nobody available right now'. As far as I am concerned, this company is simply not there, and it scares me as to what would happen if I had an actual claim. read more

This agency has the best customer service of any insurance agencies I have dealt with. Minnie Currey started our conversation with "how may I help you?" After explaining my problem and with Minnie listening, Minnie proceeded to explain what her company was about and what she could do for me, as a customer. She was polite, interested in giving me the information I requested and helped me find an insurance company for coverage to my Florida home.
