I selected a policy costing $542 per month and provided him with a credit card number to complete the transaction. My credit card was then charged $1,124.00. When I contacted Mr. Buza, I was told that $1124.00 was actually the cost of the policy selected for my age group. He told me not to worry that the policy would be cancelled (as this was not affordable). A week later when I failed to hear back from Mr. Buza, I contacted his office only to find out I that I needed to cancel the policy myself. This has been very difficult to get straightened out and not resolved yet. Once this mistake was made by Mr. Buza, I was dropped like a hot potato...never to be heard from again. I was left to deal with this issue and begin the research again from scratch.

So when I got the new place I asked around on who recommended someone. EVERYONE recommended their own person, of course. So I got quotes and spoke to many people. I was advised by friends that "they are all the same" but I already knew that wasn't really true. My forth quote I was working to get was from Toshiko with Blue Sky. First, she was great to speak with and quick with any email correspondence. She was always cheerful and was transparent about the process for the best rate. We had some small issues and she helped work through them step by step. Before I knew it I didn't consider working with anyone else and we had locked down a solid rate. And closed on the house.
