Saved the day! Mike in the service department contacted me the minute they opened to go over what was wrong with my jeep. ( sent a email the night before at 1:30am) He handled my jeep being dropped off without me there and also got the part I needed within 24hrs. Would have been stuck in VT all weekend if not...Fixed everything and had my jeep back a day and a half later and I was able to drive back to PA with no real hiccup in our Vaca! Handled exceptionally and contacted me multiple times to keep me in the loop. Great Service!!!! read more

After purchasing my Jeep at Brileya's I had transmission issues immediately. The service department at first was trying to be helpful. That ended over time and several of the lead service department staff would stop taking my calls. They then stopped taking my husbands calls as well. I also had issues with my windows. They would slip down and I would be unable to roll them back up. An issue I knew about prior to purchasing my Jeep. After bringing the vehicle in the first time for this issue I asked if all faulty parts could be replaced considering I purchased the one of the more expensive warranty packages. I was told that could happen however, once again within a very short time my Jeep was back in the shop with windows that would not roll up. The last straw was when one of the loaner vehicles broke down in my driveway and had to be towed. I then received a call from one of the supervisors of the service department who had stopped communicating with me to inform me that there is a button on the bottom of the gas pedal that somehow got stuck. Implying that it was an operator error. I traded this vehicle in and purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma 4 door with 141 miles. It's unfortunate Brileya's didn't appreciate the kind of customer I was. read more
