I started going to this office because of Jasmine, who was the PA for my previous dermatologist who retired. She is fantastic, as are the rest of the office personnel. Very friendly and professional. Dr. Weitzbuch has done surgery on my partner and me. We're both very happy with the outcome of each procedure and would be pleased to refer him to friends and family. This office is awesome . I called because of a skin cancer and wanted a second opinion. Amber worked diligently to make an appointment within a very short timeframe. Her genuine concern made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Weitzbuch was super helpful. He patiently explained everything in terms I could understand and sincerely looked out for what was best for me. I was nervous going to the appointment because I didn't want to do anything invasive, like surgery. I have rosacea which has left scarring and I'm 69. But I look 50! I'm not kidding. I contacted Brilliance as I could not schedule my regular HMO dermatologist quick enough to assess a concerning bump before a scheduled vacation. Having prior squamous and pre cancer concerns, I really needed a consult and evaluation before Dec. 14. They were able to schedule me within days and I paid out of pocket. Staff is friendly and professional and they were able to address my concern with expert care. Cost was very reasonable for visit, procedure, and lab analysis. Office and rooms are clean, peaceful and bright. I will definitely go back again if need be and I wish I had a PPO instead of HMO as they would be my preferred dermatology practice. Yesterday, had a procedure to treat 2 squamous cell carcinomas on my arm. I was apprehensive as this is my first experience with skin cancer. The procedure was performed by Rebecca, Nurse Practitioner who is very skilled. She and her team, Samantha and Tim, were remarkable. I had very little discomfort during the procedure. Tim, the medical assistant who was busy assisting Rebecca, was also very kind to patiently carry on a conversation with me that I was nervously using as a distraction. I did get a bit anxious at one point during the procedure, and Rebecca and her team made sure my anxiety was relieved! Today, the day after the procedure, I have absolutely no discomfort just as Rebecca promised. The entire office staff is outstanding , from the receptionist who greets you, to the wonderful person who checks you out and schedules the next appointment. read more
