I asked if I would be charged since I had canceled almost immediately, and she told me yes. That left me feeling trapped--like I had no choice but to go, even though I no longer wanted any of their services. When I arrived the next morning, I explained again that I didn't want the services and reiterated the situation. The staff was friendly, though clearly embarrassed. Still, the policy itself spoke volumes. Their website and advertisements say "walk-ins welcome" and "FREE consultation," yet they refused to cancel my appointment within minutes of booking. To me, that's misleading and not a good look for a company built on beauty and trust.

My appointment was with BinZ who was very friendly. I needed a bio gel fill, and he really impressed me! He was very thorough, and did a TERRIFIC job! I booked another appointment with him for 2 weeks later. He will definitely be my go-to person! My only negative experience was when I went to pay. There were at least 3 girls behind the counter doing their accounting for the day. Not one of them addressed me or offered to assist me after I gave them my charge ticket. (Note: They take cash, check or Zelle only since they don't have card reader.) Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure how to proceed but soon figured out that I could use their tel# or QR code to Zelle them. Overall, the staff is very friendly. I am going on a trip tomorrow and decided I wanted to pay to get them professionally done for the occasion to treat myself. This was a very good reminder of why I do them myself now... The nail tech was nice and worked quickly... too quickly. They didn't trim my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I asked for an ombré nail design, which is shown on their menu and provided a picture of the exact colors I wanted. Another nail tech came and took my phone to pick colors out and just started painting them on some of my nails before the original tech had even put gel on them. It was very odd... the second tech was rushing the first and was honestly doing a sloppy job. The color ended up being super off.. it was a Christmas tree green instead of a blue- teal color. I don't blame her for that, the bottle looked like a different color than the paint. They were also streaky and completely see-through. She asked if I liked them and I told her those things, and she told me the reference picture was see through too (which it was not-I added the reference) but she still redid them which I appreciated. I picked the new color myself, which matched the reference pic more and also wasn't see-through which was way better. The airbrush was having issues, which I could tell was super frustrating to them which sucks. But they just seemed to not really know how to do it very well. They finished and rushed me out quickly without cleaning any of the gel of my skin. With airbrush they usually wipe the paint off the skin before curing it so this doesn't happen. Now it's been a real pain to try to get off. They also did not clean up the sides of my nails, which were all jagged. I had to do a full nail clean up when I got home. Thankfully I have all the stuff at home to do that. The only reason for 3-stars is that the gel x nails are properly applied and should last. Overall I was not impressed. As a new client who is paying good money (and extra for a nail design) I expect some level of care. Also now knowing how to do a proper gel manicure, it's so obvious when they cut corners and rush (no nail/cuticle prep or clean up, only one layer of paint). And maybe don't offer a service (ombré) if you aren't confident in it or don't have properly working equipment. I wanted to do something nice for myself but ended up having more of a headache in the end, and had to pay my hard earned money for that headache.

This quality is shocking they are uneven, several nails have bumps from poor filing, there are visible bubbles in the polish, and the polish wasn't applied cleanly around the cuticles my cuticles were not cut either. looks rushed and started failing immediately. As a young woman, I feel taken advantage of. Charging premium prices for this is unacceptable. My nails should last weeks, not break within 24 hours. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend people spend their money elsewhere. This is by far the worst-quality manicure I've received. I would like a full refund.

At first, I wanted to laugh, but the longer it went on, the more uncomfortable I became. When I arrived, I was told I wasn't on the schedule, even though I had made my appointment earlier that day. After switching computers and asking for additional information, the receptionist eventually found my appointment. From there, things got awkward. I understand people come here for laser hair removal, and it's nothing to be ashamed of, but there were other clients sitting in the lobby and it felt like my treatment details were being announced for everyone to hear. The receptionist has one of those voices that really carries, and I repeatedly heard "lip, cheek, chin" being announced throughout my check-in process. To make matters more uncomfortable, there was a lengthy discussion about whether I had any underarm sessions remaining on my package. I questioned it because I thought I still had some left, but instead of a quick explanation, it felt like my entire service history was being reviewed out loud. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to look at the computer screen and review appointments, but honestly, I just wanted to move on. Maybe I'm overly sensitive, but hearing discussions about facial hair, treatment areas, package balances, and hair regrowth in a public waiting area made me want to crawl into a hole. Yes, I have hair on my lip, cheeks, and chin. That's literally why I was there. But I'd prefer not to feel like it's being broadcast to the room. What made the experience especially disappointing is that I walked in excited about the summer sale and was fully planning to purchase additional treatment packages. By the end of the appointment, I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. Buying more services was the last thing on my mind. When I finished my treatment, all I wanted to do was leave and avoid the front desk. I was again offered a review of my appointment history and encouraged to schedule my next visit and then was told that I should really be consistent to avoid regrowth. I know everyone was trying to be helpful, but at that point I was ready to walk out the door with literally the door open and one foot out. I just kept smiling and saying no thank you, but it felt like that wasn't a good enough response. I think I was especially surprised because I've always had great experiences with Shayna, who has consistently been professional, discreet, and made me feel comfortable. This experience felt very different. The treatment itself and the nurse giving the treatment was great, but I hope management takes this feedback to heart. A little more discretion when discussing clients' services and treatment history in the lobby would go a long way in making customers feel more comfortable.

For the record: I drank 2 liters a water a day, worked out 3x a week, and got 2 ultrasonic cavitations a week for 3 months. I am obsessed with my results and loved my experience. I lost 6 inches off my waist, ultrasonic cavitations are amazing for chronic pain, I noticeably have more energy lately, and honestly, Karen is just beyond delightful! She accommodated any issue or request I had, and I never once had any pain or side effects (other than the rare minor headache when I didn't drink enough water that day). I have no doubt I will be coming back for more moving forward. Anyone complaining about Groupon nonsense or commitment requirements is wild. That's on them for approaching this the wrong way. Just because it's non-invasive does not mean it is any less of a process than getting liposuction or plastic surgery. You are letting someone alter your body using intense machinery. Dont be dumb! Do your research! The trade-off is that this is painless, but it still requires you to put in the work to see results. It's an investment of time and money, but it is worth it. If you only want to pay $200 for a couple of sessions and put in minimum effort, you pay for what you get ‍
