Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They gave us the run around and acted like they wanted to help only to turn around and accuse us of the reason the stones were falling out within a month. The craftsmanship is so below anyone's standards you would be better off shopping somewhere like Walmart or kohls, and that's saying a lot. I would advise anyone and everyone to run far away. Don't fall for the flashy pictures and ads. It's all lies. They over overpriced and you can find a better ring that looks like the ads from your local jeweler. DO NOT SHOP HERE. My advice to you: Avoid dealing with brilliant earth, save your nerves I recently ordered an engagement ring, made my selection on their website, paid for it, got confirmation that my order was received and money was deducted from my bank account. Even paid for Saturday early delivery. I thought all good now and I should lean back, relax and just wait for the delivery date. Two weeks or so later, several days before the scheduled delivery date I've decided to call to check if all good and on time, but to my unfortunate surprise they informed me that I never confirmed my WORK email with their order protection team and that because of that they delayed not only the delivery date but the production date as well. That email was in my spam folder, but they had my phone number and could contact me anytime if they wanted to confirm something, in addition: why do they want my work email anyway??? Fast forward to today, after countless phone calls and dozens of new "representatives" and repeating my issue nobody seems to know when I'm getting the ring, nor they have a way to direct contact to production team, this Brooklyn show room or any manager that can solve issues like this. The best thing they can do is to tell you they will submit a request and that I can call them back in 24 hours to see if they have any answer on that request. The staff is very friendly and super nice, she offers me water and chocolate while I was waiting for her to check the back room because they didn't have the one, I looked for on their display. Really negative experience here. We called ahead explaining that we would be about 20 minutes late, asked if this was ok. The woman on the phone ensured us we would be helped when we arrived. When showed up about 20 minutes past our appointment, and the sales woman would not help us. She insisted we "walk around the neighborhood" for 40 minutes so that we could start at the next hour. Purchased a ring from them and they sent the wrong size after going to two separate appointments to determine the model and size; went back to the Williamsburg store to return the ring and was treated terribly by the sales representative, they tried to convince me to send it to readjust the ring, when I asked if that would be guaranteed, they said no and once a change has been made the ring is mine and nothing to do about it, so I went ahead and returned that ring; placed a second order for the ring again, hoping I'll Get the right ring and size, they have moved the delivery date 4 times, last delivery that they offered was August 1 2023 and didn't make it to that date, the representative on the phone told me The ring was at the Williamsburg store and the manager following my case told me the ring is in transit and don't know when it will delivered, today I called for a cancellation and refund and they are telling me that with no ring in store they can't do any of those and will contact me to see what is the option, I just placed a fraudulent charge on my Amex for this purchase and attached all the emails with the dates being changed constantly, today one month later from The second purchase, I already paid the card with the charge, I don't have a ring and they are fighting the return even tho I never even got a ring! Please please please go read reviews and videos of this company before getting anything from them! I did it after the fact and see so many issues with this company it's incredible they are doing this, claiming to be a high end jewelry place! Extremely disappointed in Brillian Earth. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, and extremely poor communication to us about any issues that production might be having. Returned both my rings. Extremely broken hearted! Extremely expensive purchase to not be treated with respect. Never a sense of urgency. Never a sense of how important these moments are for a couples. The customer service reps were all nice, but ineffective. Nothing they said they would do ever happened, and when we escalated to manager it would take 24-48 for anyone to get back to you, IF they ever got back to you at all. They failed to deliver my engagement on time (missing delivery date multiple times), which caused my fiancee to use a "fake ring" for proposal and our engagement photos. Then when I went to change my setting and purchase a second ring, it took 12 wks and 2 days to complete, after promising completion in 3 wks. Returned my purchases and would never recommend Brilliant Earth to anyone. read more

Went this weekend with my partner for an engagement ring. Definitely make an appointment beforehand - this location has way more available appointments than the Manhattan one! The whole experience was great - we got to look at and try on different ring settings, diamonds of various shapes and carats, and I got properly sized for rings. Both my partner and I have done some research into rings, but it was so nice to see the rings in person, try some on, and ask questions (especially with the more finer details like the differences between cut, clarity, and color). They even provided a cute sheet to take notes. We were sent an email summarizing our visit, which is very helpful. Einav helped us out and she was fantastic - clearly very knowledgeable and super kind. I would highly recommend coming here to get started on picking and learning about engagement rings! read more
