When I called the number listed, I left a detailed voicemail but I did not hear back from anyone for several days. When I finally did hear from them the process moved quickly. Workers showed up on a Wednesday and were done by Friday evening. My garage floor looks amazing and worth every penny. They moved items that needed moving. The sanding was done with the utmost care and the cleanup was impeccable. The primer and epoxy was completed in two days and they came the next day to touch up any imperfections. It looks spectacular. All their technicians are professional and polite. But....the most impressive aspect of their service occurred a week later. Per instructions, I parked my cars in the driveway for a week. When I attempted to use the electric garage door opener I encountered a problem. I e-mailed Erik (the owner). Within 10 minutes I received a response from him and a minute after that his lead technician (Dan) called me and was prepared to come right over. I suggested the next day. In the meantime he made a couple of suggestions. He called the next morning. His suggestion had solved the problem. Not satisfied, he called the day after that to make sure it was still functioning. Kevin is one of the best contractors I have used in Phoenix. He responded to our request for a quote quickly, confirmed the appointment, arrived on time (actually a bit early), and left us with a quote to compare against others (we always get three quotes before selecting a contractor). His price was on par with the other quotes but there was something about him that made me feel more comfortable to use him. We chose Kevin and he installed our epoxy floor in our garage. The end result was amazing! The quality of the work was top rate and the materials were better than we could have imagined (and definitely better than the other contractors). We were so pleased with the work Kevin did at our house! Normally, that is where a review on Yelp ends....but NOT THIS ONE! The one thing that I criticize all review sites about is there is no follow up. What happens 6 months later when things go wrong. Well I'll tell you. We had an issue with termites (not Kevins fault). The termites decided to go through our floor requiring us to get the floor treated. Unfortunately that requires drilling a bunch of holes into the floor and leave a beautiful floor with holes all over it. I called Kevin and he sent a guy out to patch those holes and make the floor perfect again FOR FREE! Now (three years later), we moved to a bigger house a few miles away and the first call I made was to Kevin to make this new garage look like the old one. This time I didn't need three quotes, I called Kevin, he worked around our schedule, and installed a new epoxy floor in our garage before we moved in. His crew carried out the process very well, the job was done on time and cleanliness and attention to detail was always cared for. These guys are awesome! They just finished my 3 car garage and it is drop dead gorgeous ! I had an ugly peeling brown floor. They scraped it off using their machines and got all the paint off to the bare concrete. Then they filled all the expansion joints with a special compound, so it is now a nice smooth floor all across the 3 garages! They finished it with white/gray/black chips and it's so think you can't even see the epoxy under it. Then they did a sealer coat and came back to do the finish coat the following day.
