Milly is completely the most professional, caring, and loving day care provider I have worked with. It is very hard as a mom to leave your children with someone and she makes my husband and I feel comfortable when we leave our son to go to work. Our son requires physical and occupational therapy and thankfully Milly has been very accommodating to his therapist by allowing them to have sessions at her daycare. Milly goes above and beyond in everything she does, my son absolutely adores her and her family. Communication is transparent both in person and via the Brightwheel app. The comfort of updates throughout the day includes pictures, videos and messaging with staff. It is clear the kids participate in activities everyday and that the monthly curriculum updates are adhered to. Balanced meals are offered, naptime is consistent, health policy is clear and followed, and the staff's dedication to the safety and happiness of the kids is evident. She now smiles and laughs when she sees her caretakers at drop off in the morning. Seeing that she is bonding with her caretakers already gave me a huge sense of comfort. To address the negative review, they always have an appropriate amount of caretakers at the playground with the little kids and the babies. Also their review doesn't even make sense, for example why would KnK have a bunch of kids with their business name on their tee shirts in public if they were not in compliance with the city...

Nevertheless, it was a great decision to send her to KNK. She's happy, has learned a ton and has always been safe in their care. The providers are kind, thoughtful, well organized and responsive. The children get time to play indoors and outdoors through the seasons, circle time, and arts and crafts, and if parents opt in, a special class once a week (e.g., music, taekwondo). The providers also throw the children beautiful and fun birthday parties with themes and have other special days throughout the year. Although changing my daughter's daycare would make it easier for me to get to work in the morning, I've chosen not to. When you find a safe and loving environment for your child like KNK, making it work becomes a priority over everything else.

They also developed great foundational skills, learning their alphabet, letter sound relationships, counting and some Spanish and sign language. They loved the weekly visits from the music/ASL teacher. The teachers also helped greatly with potty training once we started at home. It was also great knowing that lunch and snacks were taken care of and that our kids were trying new foods.
