I find it to be very poor Service that they didn't tell my wife she wouldn't have AC anymore when she picked the car up. The AC was working well enough for her to survive for a while. , They said the owner would call me. But no call! I have been taking my two cars there for at least 5 to 6 years have been very happy with the service. I don't know what happened. I'm very disappointed in them.

It was bubbling and had been for years. Matt let me know what it would take to remove the tainted tint - and what the pitfalls might be: he couldn't guarantee that the defogger would work since the tint damage was bad and it had adhered to the lines. Removing the tint could damage the entire system and it might no longer work. I thought about it a couple weeks and decided to do it. Removed the old tint, replaced the tint, and was extremely delicate about preserving functionality in the defogger. Yes, there was some damage to the system because "I...ME" had waited so long to address it. But with diligence Matt preserved enough that it still works. 150/100. I went in asking questions and was given a true and honest run-down. There were no jokes here. Professions all the way. Would absolutely recommend.

I told a lady who was sitting in the service area and she told me why I didnt drive itnin the service station. I told her it has a flat and on a Tow Truck. She then says ok you cant drive it so we can see it? Without letting answer she turned around and asked someone else to help and she had to go pee. I stood there for 2 minutes with noone helping me just staring at me. I asked an asian guy for assistance and he told me he's bust. Same thing with the next agent told me he has 2 things he was doing. He failed to direct me to anyone else. Finally I was helped but when I told I was not from ft myers he made a noise like he was annoyed. He gave me a quote for the tire and said he would check the sensor. Almost 3 hrs later I get the car back. The sensor is still on. I asked if they checked the senser and he said Oh I didn't ask! Really???? In frustration I drive off to find out they didnt even put the proper pressure in the tire. It was a 26. So I filled the tire to the proper psi and the sensor went off. This should have been checked before I was given my car. I will be driving to Naples for my service. PS. While I was in the waiting area only one associate greeted me.

The only fine print visible says things like: * Must present offer at time of write-up * One offer per visit * Cannot combine with other offers It does NOT say: * Oil change required * Purchase required * Minimum service required That means the plain reading of the offer is: They should inspect the vehicle at no charge, period.
