The car had a dead battery but not only did he get it jumped (and towed), he actually CALLED me while there, took pictures and video of the car, and gave me a description of the car and all details which was a huge piece of mind. I told him I'd by flying in to get the car in a few days from the dealership (where I had it towed to) and he actually offered to give me a ride from the airport!!! I have never had such amazing kindness and excellent service and I am quite frankly overwhelmed with gratitude. I couldn't recommend this service ENOUGH for anyone who needs it.
