The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. Very decent folks, all of them we interacted with. They saved us when we needed a save.

Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

In for oil change, made appointment, got in right away , then the fun began. Service advisor…read moreapproaches me and recommends a fuel additive , valve flush additive of which I declined ( as I already had completed myself. ) and then informs me i need brakes front and rear. i said , in a stern voice, REALLY !! Had had the brakes done in May but not by HC of B ( PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS) . I informed service advisor of this and expressed with disgust that i needed NO BRAKES. I wanted to talk with the mechanic but was denied the opportunity and advisor said he would talk to him/her and to wait in waiting room . After some time , I was asked to step into the service lane for discussion. I was told technician DIDN'T actually check the brakes , they went off the previous report from March 2026. I was given a FREE oil change and the inspection report was not given to me but I went on-line and printed it off. The reflection of piss poor inspecting and reporting not only put the Service Advisor in a bad situation , it speaks loudly that the dealership itself is being put in harms way . it may have been the last visit to , once , my favorite service dept. All new faces too !! Must be an omen . And BTW...have been a regular since 2018 . EXPERIENCE rating based on the lying and dishonesty by the technician and not by the service advisor . But...it reflects on the WHOLE DEALERSHIP .

I had the privilege of having Melinda D, in parts, work with me. I needed the part overnighted and she got all of the information with a price total. She called me back and we completed the transaction. When she got a tracking number, at my request, she contacted me with the information. I originally had purchased the part from another dealership, had a tracking number, but they never got it to the shipper. So now, I am needing it overnight. Because the other dealership didn't keep their word, it is costing me twice the amount. Melinda D did an excellent job, kept her word and am very pleased with the whole transaction.

I hung up the phone and, called Nathan Anderson at Honda of lincoln and told him my situation. He told me that Omaha people tend to play around with customer. Later I got a text from Omaha saying they can't do the price that I want. So they were planning on making me drive up to Omaha and told me they can't do it. I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to be treated well and valued as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

WORLD AUTO IS DECEPTIVE AND DECEITFUL…read more World Auto sold a car knowing of an unsafe condition that would cost them to fix but hid it. The car's airbag light was on so they said they took it to Woodhouse Ford South to get fixed but couldn't get in, so we trusted them and purchased. A Ford dealer in Omaha found the airbag sensory had detected a collision and had to be replaced. We became suspicious and pulled out paperwork from the purchase and noticed a hand-written note had been added to the AS-IS/NO Warranty saying "The customer has been made aware of the airbag light and has assumed responsibility for all repairs needed". This had not been on the warranty prior to signing. We signed the back, but the front was hidden from us. We contacted Woodhouse Ford South where they said they brought the vehicle. We found out it had actually been in and a $1000 estimate given to World Auto. World Auto was deceitful in not revealing the handwritten warranty note and they knew of the $1,000 repair.
