The Park staff are friendly and easy to work with. Be sure to pack plenty of fluids and sunscreen. A little known paved path that is great for biking and running/walking is nearby at the OC Fisher Dam. The entrance and parking area is off of Mercedes Ave/Glenna Street. You'll also need plenty of water and sunscreen here as well. It's about 6+ miles one way and is marked in 1/2 mile increments with spray paint.
