Prices seemed reasonable. The only issue I had is, as I walked around, one of the, I'm guessing, owners seemed to be following me around. It made me slightly uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if she was afraid I would break something, going to steal, or going to make a mess! When I went to check out, the two ladies at the counter weren't exactly friendly. They both seemed distracted and when I tried to make reasonable small talk, not being overly friendly or anything, just saying I was new to the area and my sister would love the store. They didn't respond and just handed me my receipt and bag. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything. I can understand being busy, I've worked retail before. I just think politeness goes a long way. To top it off, they forgot to put something in my bag that I had bought. Luckily the one woman was nice enough to track me down and give it to me. That was at least a kind gesture. I'm going to chalk it up to stressful day and I will visit again in the future.

She let us look, then answered any questions we had! She helped us carry our selected dresses to the fitting room and then helped my daughter try them on. We were stunned on the more than exceptional customer service! This beats going to a department store any day. They adjusted a few loose beads on her dress and steamed it for her and we went back and picked it up in a few days. They also put down the dress and school, so there are no duplicates.
