This is a really nice bar that has good beers and mixed drinks at very fair prices. The bartenders are always pleasant. Incredibly, they have quality musicians playing on the weekends and they don't have a cover charge. I love this place and can't imagine anyone not having a good time here. Lots of Grateful Dead style and jazz played here! Tip the musicians.

A classy dive. As soon as me and my homeboy Clarence walked in to the tunes of Frank Sinatra playing on the jukebox. Instantly this dive turned into an sophisticated drinking establishment. The crowd albeit a little bit older than that of the 23 club down the block, was real mellow. Couple tables to hang out by the bar, a pool table, a dartboard, you know - the usual. The patrons reminds me of the crowd of Joe's of Westlake in Daly City. Some real og's. The bartender, I didn't catch his name, but he had the presence of a bartender of old. Probably one of the coolest bartenders that ever served a drink to me. If you're a fan of Carl from the Ha-Ra in the TL or a fan of the movie "Cocktail" with Tom Cruise, then yeah, this guy is up there. Lot of personality. The brothers that own the bar are serious hunters and have all sorts of trophy beasts on the wall. They even had a jackalope. You stay classy, Brisbane.

    Full bar!

Just want to update my review, this is definitely a hole in the wall stop; and You'll drive right by it if you don't know where your going. But don't let the redneck vibe scare you off, because this bar has some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet! It has a crowd of all ages, and defiantly the best spot in Brisbane to grab a drink! Love the new management! And the cute tall blonde told me the whole history of Brisbane, and makes some of the best drinks!

It was busy and we were lucky to grab a seat in the corner. We ordered the pizza with the burrata on top, onion rings, and meatballs. The pizza was really good. Thin crust and crispy with no flop. The toppings and pizza sauce all worked well together to make for really good pizza. The onion rings are also really good. Very crispy and they gave a lot! The meatballs were really good. The tomato sauce on top was pretty savory and I enjoyed it. Overall I'd come back. I enjoyed the food and my time here.

Upon entering, I was confused- were we supposed to wait to be seated or do we choose our own table? No one made it clear, instead people were walking around us to serve tables. We walked up to the bar and the bartender let us know we can sit anywhere. We sat in a booth up top. The vibe looked semi-formal, but I guess it was super casual. Looking at the menu, the pizzas were all pretty unique! What caught my eye was the Mushroom pizza which had portobello mushroom, cheese, thyme + scallions, and a creamy garlic white sauce. I'm a sucker for mushrooms and my five year old who is picky af likes them too. She enjoyed her slice. I felt the pizza was delicious but could use some parm and pepper flakes. We also ordered the Brooklyn. Omg, my favorite pizza now surpassing Blue Line's White Pie on my list. Pepperoni, jalapenos, basil, ricotta (omg!), and hot honey. Salivating just thinking about it. Downed these slices with a pint and the rest was history. I do have to note that the booths and tables were full of crumbs. Understandable as it's a pizzeria, but it would be nice for someone to clean in between guests. The staff member behind the bar had served us our meal and drinks as well and he was very kind. We will definitely be coming back to Industry!

They also do a great job with themed and seasonal events. During Christmas they had reindeer and cookie decorating, which made the whole place feel festive and family friendly. It is more than just a place to grab food. They make an effort to create an experience. There is also a bowling alley and a full bar, so there is something for everyone. It is especially great for large groups because you can eat, have drinks, bowl, and hang out all in one place. Service has always been awesome, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The atmosphere is what stands out right away. It has that authentic sports bar vibe without trying too hard. TVs going, people locked into games, and just an overall relaxed energy. It feels like a place you can come to regularly, not just once. It didn't feel like a tourist spot at all, more like somewhere locals actually hang out. Food-wise, it's solid bar food done right. Wings, burgers, and the kind of stuff you actually want when you're watching a game or just kicking back. Nothing fancy, but it hits and fits the environment. The drinks were on point too. Good beer selection, solid cocktails, and plenty of options if you're just trying to chill for a while. The setup with TVs and bar games makes it easy to stay longer than you planned. The staff and the crowd both added to the experience. It felt welcoming, people were comfortable, and you don't get that awkward feeling walking into a new place. Only thing to keep in mind is it's very laid back and first come first served. Depending on when you go, you might have to wait or stand around a bit. Overall, if you're looking for a real sports bar with good food, drinks, and a local feel, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

We went on a Friday night, where they had a very loud band playing in the middle of the restaurant. It seemed the only people enjoying the music were the band members themselves. I mean that with no disrespect, there were the people located next to the band that were covering their ears, outwardly! There were people sitting outside, and as they came inside to leave, I jokingly said they must be from up north, as the outside temperature was 55 degrees with a light drizzle. They stated the only reason they ate outside was because they couldn't hear anything due to the band. It's an extremely loud band and a closed space so the music really echo. Unfortunately there is minimal weight staff. I believe that they spent the money on more servers rather than a band, it would be the best business move. Our server came to get our drink and food order, and then didn't come back until it was time to drop off the check. We had a runner come deliver our food, and they forgot the side salad. But by the time our waitress came, we were ready to leave, so we just asked them to take it off the bill. My mom's patty melt was OK, the meat was very thin compared to the slice of bread. My Long Island with also not great. It tasted like a well drink. I would've given 5 stars if the waitress was able to check in on us after we got our food, if the patty melt had better proportions, and my cocktail tasted a little more flavorful.,

The interior was a bit dark and intimate, although interestingly, my photo makes it appear much brighter than it actually was. *** O U R P I C K S *** PRIME RIB FRENCH DIP SANDWICH ~ I chose this sandwich since I just wanted a small bite to eat. The French dip was tasty, but because the meat was cooked medium rare, it was a bit chewy in places, so a knife definitely came in handy. I only ate half and was satisfied. The sourdough bread had a nice chew, although I usually prefer my rolls toasted. As a leftover sandwich, though, I'm glad it wasn't toasted, it would have made the bread too hard. 4/5 STEAK SANDWICH ~ My partner decided to try the steak sandwich. He said it was just okay and felt he should have gotten the prime rib French dip instead. The steak was cooked medium rare as requested, but it was pretty bland and could have used more seasoning. It came with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions to dress it up. He also opted for the garlic fries instead of regular fries. The fries were tasty with the added garlic garnish, although they could have been crispier. 3/5 HOT LINKS SANDWICH ~ Our friend ordered this one. I guess it was okay, but honestly, it's not something that takes much culinary skill if the hot links are store-bought. That's my assumption, anyway, since I don't think the links were made in-house. 3.5/5 HOUSE SALAD ~ As I recall, the salad was a spring mix with cabbage, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, and red onions. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. It was a pretty typical salad and nothing particularly special. 3/5 We all chose sandwiches even though it was dinner time. Since two of us wanted a salad instead of fries, the server or chef decided to give us one large bowl of salad to share. We appreciated the gesture, although we felt we should have received separate portions. I was told by our friend that the prime rib entrée is a popular choice among those who frequent this spot. IMO, the food is about 3.5 stars overall.
