Food I had the Vietnamese salad. Good portion size, slightly pricey. Service Ordering starts at 11AM for salad bar. Ambiance Always great for co-working, soft seats and quiet. Definitely recommend.

We met our friends & their daughter for lunch as it was her last day at her current job. The cafe is located at the Cove campus. We parked in the free parking garage and walked over. The huge footprint reminded me of an high end cafeteria- salad bar, sandwiches, grill & pizza. It's opened to the public; however I can't see coming here to eat unless you work in one of the office buildings. In addition to the cafe, there's a two lane bowling alley and a bar lounge. Work & play. Ordered - * hubby & I both ordered the F&L burger. Served on a brioche bun. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sliced dill pickle. I don't like dill pickles but these were yummy. Dill & sweet & a crunchy. It really made the burger. The burger was cooked to order, and the bun toasted on the grill. Choice of fries or green salad. Order & pay at the grill. Given a #. Order brought to your table. Hubby got a draft beer from the bar. I got a rose lemonade. I misread the bottle thinking it was a rose alcoholic beverage not a botanical flower drink. It was different. Overall 3.5 stars.

We actually come here for their happy hour more than their lunch but am quite impressed with the lunch menu! We were a party of 12 and ordered individually at the counters. There's quite a variety of different stations - Pizza, sandwich, burger, salad. The food came out at a reasonable amount of time and there was plenty of seating everywhere. Parking is free and plentiful.

This is a perfect spot to host after work happy hours or small events. They have bowling alleys too. We've been here several times for happy hours or events. They change up on their special cocktails pretty often. Decent cocktails and options for small bites. My favorite appetizers are the Brussels sprouts and the truffle fries. It can get pretty busy and loud during happy hours. Wish they open later than 8pm and on the weekends.

I had the salmon dish and thought it was pretty good. The salmon was not overcooked and the flavors were different than I expected, but in a good, surprising way. I also enjoyed the different sides that provided lots of textures to the dish.

Love the bootie covers as an option for your own footwear inatead of their shared bowling shoes.

Fun venue with exceptional food, attentive staff, and abundant free parking at The Cove's parking structure, all while being centrally located to 101/SSF/Brisbane. Casual vibe that houses a cafe, dining room, and lounge. They offer dine-in lunch & Happy Hour (even available for online order / takeout!). There's a bar serving delicious cocktails and a rotation of beer on tap. The catering menu is outstanding - available for onsite events or local delivery. I hosted a corporate event recently, and everyone enjoyed the food and amenities despite a couple hiccups that staff graciously remedied. Foundry & Lux has its own bowling alley and pool table for use by patrons as FCFS - sign up list opens at 2pm. Outdoor games are provided by The Cove and not F&L, weather permitting. This includes an assortment of games: bocce, whiffle ball, basketball, mini golf, horse shoe pits, and other lawn games. There's also direct access to the Bay Trail in the rear. We enjoy parking in the garage, exploring the trail, and finishing at F&L for HH.

Tried Loundry & Lux for the first time and already planning my next visit. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was warm and attentive. And the ambience is modern, inviting, and just the right level of energy. A great spot whether you're out for a casual dinner or something a little more special. Highly recommend!

I don't feel like I received any customer service for about 20 minutes. I wasn't greeted. I was at the wrong door and wasn't let in. But other than that once I got in the restaurant I did enjoy the food. The cauliflower buffalo wings were good the sweet potato fries were amazing at a nice crispy coating and the veggie burger was a bee. It was healthy but it fell apart. But the atmosphere is really nice so definitely a place to come and bring a date. They have a pool table and also a little bowling alley nice atmosphere.

Came here for a sponsored team lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere and sitting on the protected patio. It would be a great place to host a company happy hour. All of my teammates' dishes looked great, especially the red snapper! As a vegetarian, I had limited options, so I ended up going with the spring pea pesto pasta. The flavor of the pasta was great, but the pesto was very watery, which made it nearly impossible to scoop. Additionally, the extra tofu has been slightly panfried, but was otherwise unseasoned. Both me and another teammate ended up adding salt to our pasta. The service was great, and the manager came to check on us. Overall, an upscale experience, but I'm glad I wasn't paying!

I've eaten twice at the restaurant (once with hubby) and the rest were room service/pick up. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a bar to sit at with the TV on. Waiters were attentive and some were nice. They seem a little overwhelmed. Bistro chicken sandwich- My mother and I loved this sandwich, it has a balsamic glaze and parmesan aioli that makes that chicken cluck. The steak sandwich- My favorite sandwich here! Hubby also loved it. The crispy onions gives that nice texture to the grilled flank and the horseradish just takes it over the top on a ciabatta roll. *Must try Grilled chicken caesar salad- Hubby's favorite, the grilled chicken with plenty of greens and Parmesan cheese. He said it is very good. Kale & quinoa salad- This salad had equal portions of salad and quinoa (tender) with tiny bites of tart, savory, and sweet. California fish tacos- My mother and I LOVED the fish tacos. I have to say it's probably the best I had because the fish was grilled, not fried. The avocado and chipotle aioli is on point. Crispy chicken wings- Best appetizer here!! We tried the Korean chili sauce wings and they were big, CRISPY, wings. Hubby loved eating these wings. I will have to try the spicy buffalo sauce wings next. Linguine prawns- Both hubby and I agree that the lemon thyme sauce makes this dish amazingly good. With that being said we were ecstatic to discover this hidden gem. It checks all the boxes!! We ordered the Caesar salad, pozole, burger & Fries, and beef tacos from the happy hour menu. It was almost 5 pm on a week night and there weren't too many people but they opted to seat us at a table close to reception that was inside the patio seating area so it had no view, I was annoyed but it happens. When I sat down, my husband commented he did not like the door to the patio blowing open, which it did twice in the first 30 seconds of us being seated, and the cold gusts of air. Then, also within the first minute of being seated, a child at the next table immediately started screaming and running around in circles. I stood up and didn't even have to say anything, but made eye contact with a gentleman who I believe was a manager and he moved us right away. There was plenty of seating in the main area and honestly we should never have been seated in that terrible spot in the first place. After being seated, I looked at the menus we were given and realized they did not match the menu at the bottom of the steps on display. I asked the server, who said they had just changed their menu. I inquired if he meant like in the last 5 minutes and he said it was a day or two prior. I explained that the only reason I came up was to try the dessert and asked if they still had any of the ingredients or if they could make it for me and without checking, he said no. That was disappointing. We were already there so we proceeded to order. We had the artichoke dip to start, I ordered the Ratatouille and my husband had the Camburger. The dip was made with blue cheese. It was creamy and flavorful. Too flavorful for my husband actually and the few pieces of pita they give with it are not even close to enough, so I ended up eating some with a spoon, which no one enjoys. The burger was not cooked as requested. He asked for medium well but it was very medium rare. It was a bit bland but the textures were good. The fries were not as crispy as we would have liked but they were edible and I tried using a few of them for the dip. The food was very average overall with the exception of the Ratatouille. This was the highlight of our visit by far. 10/10. Highly recommend. The veggies were roasted and cooked to perfection with good seasoning and the puree was not super, smooth but had a good amount of texture and flavor as well. The presentation was also lovely. The decor was nice and the ambiance could have been good but it was incredibly loud inside during my visit. There was a group of 10 or so people drinking and being loud and the bar area was noisy too. This is definitely a place one comes for drinks and a small bite in order to consume more drinks and not really a place to stop and eat. If not for the ratatouille, this would have easily been a one or two star review, especially since I noticed as we left that no one bothered to change the display menu to the current menu they are using after it had been brought to their attention. What is the point of me doing something like that if not to save others from my poor experience? They could definitely have done better but I would be lying if I said I would not return for that ratatouille.
