Noone showed up so I rang their number and was told the plumber rang in sick today, nobody contacted me to tell me this. I was then told that instead of the $120 call out fee it would now be $280 even though it is not my fault that noone showed up and I was not contacted. No offer for any resolution except you must pay $280 now. Not worried about the money, I will now go and pay another plumber that money that values customers and will contact their client.
