Best cinnamon roll we've ever had - get the corner piece!!
    Tiffany A.

YUM YUM YUM! We were in the area leaf-peeping and wanted to stop for a coffee. This popped up on our Yelp search and the long line out the door confirmed it was the place to be. The guy in front of us in line, presumably a local, RAVED about the cinnamon rolls and recommended we get a corner piece. By the time we ordered, the rolls were out and we had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh batch to come out (twist my arm). We got two rolls, pain au chocolat, a cookie, and a palisade peach pastry. For coffee, we got an iced chai and an iced lavender matcha. The rolls, we all agreed amongst our party of 4, was probably the best roll we'd ever had?! They didn't have icing which I preferred, and were slightly crunchy on the outside but deliciously gooey on the inside. Drooling just writing this review! The drinks were good but not anything to rave about - the chai had way too much milk but the flavor of the chai itself was good. Would love to try their lunch sandwiches next time we're in the area! Only slight knock is that a cinnamon roll was $7.50 OOF but for being the best I've ever had, guess it was worth it?

My family and I happened to see this bakery on our way out of Alma into Breckenridge and decided to stop by on a Thursday morning. We were greeted by the smell of fresh baked goods and inviting smiles. The girls running the bakery were so sweet and friendly and the pastries were amazing! The shop itself has a cozy, vintage feel and looks like it is straight out of a movie! I also tried a vanilla matcha latte which had great flavor and was very smooth. (The shop does offer coffee as well.) We will definitely return to this bakery next time we are in Alma!

Country Sourdough boule of classic white sourdough. Beautiful craftsmanship, amazing chewy and crusty texture and fantastic flavor!

This is an amazing bakery. Best sourdough bread I have had in Colorado. Croissants were excellent as well. A real gem!

Amazing bread and pastries. It is neat to find Paris quality in Alma. The shop doesn't have a big sign

The layout of this bakery is super-tight for one (NOT comfy!), and the bakery selection is quite small. For some reason, I remember the selection being much bigger in the past. I've been to so many bigger-better bakeries in the past decade, this one was just a huge let-down. In any case, I just tried their Ham & Cheese Crepe, with a Latte w/ Cream. Well, again, so disappointing! The Ham & Cheese Crepe was just SO basic (no fruits, no whipped cream, nothing!). Also, it was poorly made...with the cheese only in the middle section. I thought I misordered! The taste was also BLAH...I kept thinking, this CAN'T be the same bakery I visited years ago, is it??? Also, the presentation (if you can even call it that!) was beyond bad. The crepe and the latte was delivered in cheap paper...not even a logo. OMG...basically a dive in terms of a bakery. I'm kinda amazed at the high ratings here. I mean, really?!? Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning here on my future trips.

We started with the triple chocolate pastry and I'm pretty sure I would battle for this sweet little treat. Seriously divine. For drinks, my husband had an iced chai and I had a latte - both were yummy and came in reusable glassware, yay! For our main meals, I opted for a smoked salmon sandwich on a jalapeno bagel and my husband had a BLT. We were both very happy with our choices. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and happy to provide input if indecisive. All in all, a win. This would be my go-to if I lived in Breck
