What a great local automotive service center! I recently had some car trouble (i.e. car not starting in my driveway) and when my "go to repair shop (*cough* Gene Langan) could not tell me how to get my car over to them, Mark C. suggested I contact Mirabelli Automotive to see if they could help. Within second of calling I was speaking to Wayne who told me that they had a tow truck and although he was out on a job, they would be able to come by the house right after. Less than an hour later my car was picked up and deposited at their repair shop. And less then 2 hours later I received call from Vince who explained in layman's terms the problem, how long it would take to fix, and the cost. Unfortunately because it was Columbus Day weekend they were not able to repair my car until Monday. Monday rolled around and I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call from Vince explaining what was going on and that unfortunately my car would not be ready until Tuesday. I really appreciated that level of customer service, so I was not waiting around for a call that would never have been made. I received a call first thing Tuesday morning again from Vince letting me know my car was ready to pick up. Although the price of the repair was not easy to swallow - it was reasonable for what they had to do. Great customer service from my first call until I picked up my repaired vehicle. Easy access from the Berlin Turnpike. Great place for emissions testing. Very friendly staff. TV in the waiting area. Took me in right away and testing was completed quickly (within 20 minutes). I was only here to get Emissions testing but it seems like a good place for car repair. They also have a towing service in-case you are stuck on the road and need rescue. read more

This wrecker service had to tow my big truck and trailer off the side of Route 9 yesterday February 13, 2020. I have I have been in situations like that before in 28 years driving, but never have I ever been treated with that much courtesy. My vehicle had been in a minor fender bender while my car was sitting on off during the snow event, my battery died. The officer on scene called to have my car towed and this driver "JOSH" came to take my vehicle and I requested for him to just jump my car since I don't have money and AAA was already in route to the scene. He told me he can't jump my car he has to tow it. I pleaded with him to just jump my car, again no. . After my contesting this tow I asked if he could go 500 ft and meet AAA at the gas station. He said, " do you have cash?" I asked why do I need cash? Never knowing what to expect as I have never been towed before. Josh stated," you have to pay cash or you don't get your car," I told him I don't have cash at all. He said," if you don't have cash you will have to get you car tomorrow, the office is closed now" . I asked him to wait to see if I could get money from the atm, and 4 attempts later was not able to get money. I told him and he said, " well you have to come back tomorrow and get your car." HE then stated I needed to get out of the truck he has work to do. I said, "you can't leave me here in the middle of the out in the cold in the middle of a snow event." He said," get out of my truck now, I have a call to get to." I pleaded with him to please just jump my truck and I will get on my way." He said again,: get out of my truck NOW! I repeated to him, I don't have a ride to get home you can't leave me here." He left with my car, and all of my personal effects. . After he left I was finally able to contact a ride to go to the quote en quote closed office. Once I reached the office which was OPEN and saw the driver there sitting playing on the phone. I was livid!! My truck ended up in a locked yard. SO much disrespect went down once we got into the office. So, in this conversation I stated the obvious to them.. . 1. YOU left me stranded in a snow storm as you sit here all warm 2. YOU left me stranded in a snow storm as you had a call to get to 3. YOU left me stranded in a snow storm as the office is closed and you seem to be sitting in an open office 4.YOU left me in a snowstorm and your building states your sponsored my AAA, which means you could of billed them for the battery jump 5. YOU left me stranded in a snow storm like a hardened criminal with no one to get me or help me 6. YOU will never do this to anyone ever again, I want my truck and you need to jump my truck! read more

I moved to Wethersfield last August and wanted to find an auto repair place that I can trust and go to for any problem seeing that I will probably be here for a while. I think I found the place! I have had a few oil changes, got my battery and alternator replaced there and will be getting my brake pads and rotors replaced very soon as they already gave me a really great quote. I have shopped around for both the battery/alternator issue and now for this brake pads/rotor issue and they beat the competition. Every time I go there they are just very nice and try to be very speedy for you which is always appreciated. And the last time I called to speak with someone about my brakes and ask how long it will take, they told me it will be a few hours. Of course I was bummed that I now have to figure out when I will be able to do this, but what I thought was so nice is they offered to take me to and from work if I worked locally. I unfortunately don't- but it was still a really nice offer and just shows they care about the customer! My one and only complaint is that they are not open weekends for any work- only open for emissions testing.... but I suppose can deal if they keep doin what they're doin! read more

Was on my way to a funeral on Friday morning when I noticed a tire was low on air. When I checked tire it was leaking from valve stem. I drove to mirabellis and explained my situation. The gentleman behind the counter stopped what he was doing and looked at tire immediately. He was unable to stop leak and had to replace valve stem, free of charges! I was In and out in 5 minutes!!
